Security and cleanliness.
The location was ideal and the staff was very attentive. Great views of downtown Boston.
2 of the 3 nights we had guests in the next room who stayed up the entire night talking and watching TV until 8am. This caused us to not get much sleep as it was very interrupted. We inquired and complained with a manager after the first night.
Starched bedding is noisy.
Everything, staff was extremely nice, and was focused directly on making sure their guest had a pleasant stay.
Good, comfortable and great location. Price a bit high for what it offers
