Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice hotel with a lovely terrace and garden. It's perfect for a stay in Boulogne (a close suburb of Paris) as it's well situated near the main boulevard and a 5 minute walk away from the line 9 metro. Would recommed!

Pros: The Staff was very thoughtful and nice. Breakfast with Claudia felt like we were at a friends house. She was so warm and welcome and exceeded the expectations. The breakfast was continental type. The whole experience was very pleasant and I'm very please to have taken the chance with this hotel insteal of a known chain like IBIS. The location is nice and seems quite safe. Close to Subway and Bus Stations. 25min ride to Trocadero.
Cons: At breakfast, the only thing I missed was Sliced Meat, like Ham and/or others. That is very basic and I don't understand how there is cheese and no meat. Fresh Orange Juice was a plus...but having to squeeze your own juice and ask for oranges was a bit annoying.... but Claudia just made us feel like home, so that was ok.

Pros: I went in Paris for the weekend of the Prix do Arc de triomphe, great location close to the track. I would recommend to stay close to longchamp with lots of restaurant close by

Pros: Breakfast was very basic but free. Room is modern but not cleaned every day. Metro connections are good and you have a lot of choice of supermarkets and restaurants around.
Cons: No wardrobe to hang jacket and shirts while you are there for 3 nights on a business trip. Asked for another room, was refused by the staff. Room was much smaller than previous time. No desk to work while I had stuffs to do. Lift was out of order the whole week end. I still do not understand why you need to put a deposit.

Pros: Well looked after, including car parking , breakfast in the garden, clean, help on our visit. It was a great place to explore Paris being only a short walk to the Metro. Had access back after reception with a code for the front door, and key for our apartment and a key fob for the car park.

Cons: No elegance nor quality of service: you order afternoon tea for four...and get 4 tea bags and 4 milk dosettes...no cups, no tea pot, no fresh milk...you have to use the mugs (which have not been changed after morning tea), kettle and spoons provided with your tea and coffee making facilities. Beds are equipped with...feather/duvet pillows. Considering the allergy risk, hotels don’t do that any more! When I asked for other pillows, I was brought some obviously very old and worn out ones!

Pros: My overal experience was outstanding. We were treated with such kindness and respect and everyone went our of their way to help us with our questions and needs. The room was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I especially loved that the hotel accomodiated my request to have an adjoining room with my colleague. The location was perfect as well. We found transportation easy to reach with the bus across the street and the metro just a 5 minute or so walk. It was close to restaurants, banks, and convienient shopping. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.
Cons: It would have been nice to be closer to the center of Paris, but the metro and bus took us their quickly and for less than 2 Euro.

Pros: Very close to metro station Pont de st Cloud by foot (only a few meters away) and to buses stations (in case of metro strike), very clean (every day cleaning), big bathroom, nice breakfast, very kind, polite and helpful staff (they informed us about applications to help us deal with the strike that had in Paris). Quiet area, close to the center of Paris, with a lot of Supermarkets, restaurants and bistrot around. Easy access for walking to Boulogne forest and to the parc of St Cloud.

Pros: As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed, the reception team was awesome. Big & comfortable room for a great price especially in Paris. Breakfast was also very lovely. Even though the metro was disrupted during our stay, there was a bus just down the road that took us right into the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Cons: the hotel reserved a taxi for me when I checked out. when the taxi sent me to the airport, the driver said he had no receipt at that time and will send to me on that same day! I tried a few times to contact the driver for the receipt. 4 days later, he sent me a picture of the receipt of handwriting, which cannot be used for reimbursement! If the receipt is hand writing, I need this paper receipt, but he refused to ship it to me and then he refused to talk to me anymore! How you hotel order this taxi company? I visited Paris more than 20 times and stayed in your hotel a few times, never had this issue before. Too disappointed!

Pros: The hotel is a short uber or public transport ride from the city center, but relatively long walking distance. Bed was comfortable. The coffee, tea in the room was a nice touch after a long walk on the cold streets.

Cons: Stayed mid-December and water was always lukewarm in the shower, never hot. Poorest isolation I have ever seen in a hotel room. I could hear my neighbors breathing and snoring all night even with earplugs on. Bedding not comfortable at all and I need to fold my cloths to make for a decent pillow.

Cons: It is Paris, so everything is quite small. The space in the room, the shower, the bathroom. And the evening receptionist was preoccupied on other calls, and could only find one extra pillow, on request for two.

Cons: No elegance nor quality of service: you order afternoon tea for four...and get 4 tea bags and 4 milk dosettes...no cups, no tea pot, no fresh milk...you have to use the mugs (which have not been changed after morning tea), kettle and spoons provided with your tea and coffee making facilities. Beds are equipped with...feather/duvet pillows. Considering the allergy risk, hotels don’t do that any more! When I asked for other pillows, I was brought some obviously very old and worn out ones!

Cons: It wasn’t really a 4* hotel. Pool was not accessible and fitness suite was just a converted bedroom with 2 treadmills, a cross trainer and a rower. there were no weights and more than 3 people would make it crowded.

Cons: the hotel reserved a taxi for me when I checked out. when the taxi sent me to the airport, the driver said he had no receipt at that time and will send to me on that same day! I tried a few times to contact the driver for the receipt. 4 days later, he sent me a picture of the receipt of handwriting, which cannot be used for reimbursement! If the receipt is hand writing, I need this paper receipt, but he refused to ship it to me and then he refused to talk to me anymore! How you hotel order this taxi company? I visited Paris more than 20 times and stayed in your hotel a few times, never had this issue before. Too disappointed!

Pros: The hotel is a short uber or public transport ride from the city center, but relatively long walking distance. Bed was comfortable. The coffee, tea in the room was a nice touch after a long walk on the cold streets.
Cons: The bathroom (shower) reminded me of IBIS style, it did not fit to the room quality, overall.
