Pros: What didnt I like???? Villa Tiffany wasnt just a place to stay, but a home. I stayed with Chantal, Tiffany, Lou Lou and Jasper for three months and was treated as if it were my own home. Its beautiful, so tasteful in a great location and Ill miss it terribly. Be sure to book this wonderful retreat and experience it first hand. I will be returning, probably not on business but for leisure and when the weather improves so i can also enjoy the garden and pool. Thank you Chantal.
Pros: The location was superb with beautiful gardens and excellent facilities. The pool was just what we needed in 30 degrees of heat!
Pros: Very nice house. So much art to look at. Breakfast was very nice too. And two cute doggies to play with.
Pros: Very comfortable, everything you need and a bit more. Relaxing and very quiet location. Friendly and great host
Pros: Beautiful site, ideal for "getting away from it all", in spite of being outside of town, there were still shops accessible on foot. Wonderful garden and large bathroom. The dogs are great company too! Madame Chantal was very helpful, even providing us with information about settling in Belgium.
Cons: You need to rent a car to go anywhere or walk about half an hour to reach the nearest town.
Pros: The pool
Pros: Everything.! Chantal and Tiffany, Jasper and Lou Lou treat me like Royalty. Super comfortable room and everything is just like being home.

Pros: Great room. We've been staying here for years and it's always good. The concierge/manager was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The communal kitchen which was refitted only a couple of years ago has fallen into a sad state of disrepair.oven and freezer not working, temperamental hob. If you need to cater for yourself then this isn't the hotel for you
Pros: The friendly staff made it a very comfortable visit.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: Perfect location if you need to attend VKI's lecture. Within walking distance of VKI (7 min or so).

Pros: Good location, easy to find good breakfast, pleasant room if just a little dated, bathroom ok. long walk to our room (disabled friend), on the whole pleasant stop.
Cons: When we arrived the restaurant was closed, this was not mentioned on the booking form neither did the hotel contact me. so we had to travel into Waterloo to find a restaurant, a struggle for our disabled friend, on the way back to the hotel we were breathalyzed no drinking so all ok,
Pros: I liked the location in particular. I also liked the restaurant which had an idyllic setting and the quality of the food was excellent. The room was pretty large, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were good.
Cons: I felt that there should have been someone around to help out with luggage as the rooms are some distance from reception. The room was of good standard but I would not rate it as "luxury". It felt more like a business hotel than a romantic hotel. The king size bed was actually two beds put together so it was hard to sleep in the middle. I am not sure how the room was to be heated as the air conditioning system was not operational and the radiator was a bit small to warm such a large room.
Pros: Comfortable and elegant hotel in quiet town. Interesting and original interior.Spacy rooms, equipped in everything you need: safe, coffee set, hair dryer. Superb breakfast. Safe private parking, free of charge.
Pros: Suited our visit Breakfast was good Staff were pleasant Bed comfortable
Cons: Doesn’t deserve to be 4 star Old Bathroom old small Lightning system old Accessible plugs not installed.

Pros: We have been really nicely welcomed, they had some key issues that they solved themselves quickly and without any annoyance for us. The dog at the entrance was so nice that my girlfriend is already missing her even if she is usualy afraid about dogs. The bedroom was perfectly cleaned. The view from the bedroom and from the bath are wonderfull. The house is located close to a golf and a riding arena. The localisation of the house is just perfect. I think that this house should be really nice for a familly (4 to 5 person) during summer. Relax, swimming pool and nature (only 2 bicycles, no mountain bikes sadly) Really good wifi and both bedroom have tv screen with the usual channels. The bathroom is really nice. We haven't had breakfast because of personnal choices so no way to inform about it. I recommend this place.
Cons: Thanksfully we had the chance to get the bedroom with a bath cause when we saw the shower, I realized that it would have been a nightmare for me to have a shower there. Thanksfully the bathroom was really nice with a nice view. Maybe some curtains would have been nice. The mattress was a bit hard (maybe we are used to soft ones) and the service quarters were a bit dirty (spiders and dust) but the bedroom was perfect. The shared bike weren't prepared even if we asked for them during the booking. They have maybe some bad points (nothing can be perfect) but I really want to recommend this place.
Pros: The communication was fast and excellent. The host was very nice. The rooms given us were clean and cosy. This is a renovated village house. The owner provided us with a bottle of wine and was very welcoming. We had access to a electric kettle and Nespresso machine in the room. Instructions on how to find the location were efficient.
Cons: Nothing. This is not a negative point, just a notice, keep in mind, this is a place that is not easily reachable by public transport.
Pros: Charming rustic location, woodland walks, spacious garden, comfortable inside the house. Excellent restaurants nearby in Lasne and Ohain - eg Les Trois Canards.
Cons: We imagined it would be a boutique hotel, but there was apparently just a B'n'B suite - the affable owner greeted us then went away for the weekend, so we had our section of the property to ourselves. Only downside was a particularly cramped washroom. Oh, and the dreaded Belgian cobbled country lanes!
Pros: Big selection, enough for many more people.

Pros: - Breakfast was amazing, the eggs and specially the waffles
Cons: - Room too dark
Pros: Everything. I would travel to waterloo just so I could enjoy this property! Amazing hotelwith fantastic staff and superb food!
Cons: There is nothing bad I could say about this place!
Pros: The property is stunning and well maintainned. The restaurant is very good and the staff in there is amazing. The rooms was quite big
Cons: For the price we pay i was disappointed that the suite did not have sleepers. The floor is hard wood floor (no carpet) therefore quite cold. I only had high heels shoes and had to were my heals inside. Sleepers shoes would have been great to have. Also the bathroom accessories are basic: Soap, shower cap. No cotton, no cotton buds, no lotion.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We stayed in the new building of the hotel and the rooms were nice, new and clean. And also had good AC. It’s very central in Waterloo and walking distance from a lot. But a tax ride or uber is also convenient.
Cons: While this property has absolutely nothing wrong with it, beds, shower, cleanliness, staff ect...... It just felt plastic. Sterile. Can't really explain it. I personally would try some where else if I was to go to Waterloo again.
Pros: Room was clean, breakfast was good and the guy at Reception was very helpful indeed.
Pros: The nice welcome of the gentleman at the reception at 1 o'clock in the morning, (we booked the hotel at the last moment, while being at a party ). The great bathroom with rainshower , the excellent breakfast and the professional and friendly check out staff.
Pros: Amazing hotel, the stuff is very polite and helpful. lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Location is very convenient, there is shopping center near by and many restaurants in a walking distance. Very good breakfast with big variety of dishes. Rooms were perfectly clean.
Cons: We liked absolutely every thing. I couldn't say any thing bad about this Hotel.
Pros: Rooms were very clean and cosy. Receptionist were very professional and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast . Eggs and bacon always cold . And things were not replenished .
Cons: The accommodation was basic. Beds were soft. No decor in the hotel / annexe

Pros: The accomodations and the location were fantastic.
Cons: It was not cheap...
Pros: The room I stayed in had a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room that had a couch, love seat, small table and a coffee and tea maker. Breakfast was filling and ready at the arranged times. And she accommodated my surprise arrival time quite well (sorry!).
Pros: Real friendly host. Big room (actually it has 2 Rooms). Tasty breakfast.
Pros: The hospitality of the lady owning this place is great, nothing is to much. The rooms are very big, you have a bedroom, living part and a separate bedroom. The rooms are cleaned daily and have a nice view on the garden, where you can see foxes play every morning and evening. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty, but way to much for a normal eater
Cons: The rooms were somewhat outdated, although the owner of the B&B also mentions this her self. The shower is not made for tall people, as i had to duck to use the shower. But the shower itself was good.
B&B Les Bergers is located in a green and quiet area, a 20-minute drive from Brussels. There is a large garden with a small swimming pool. The guest rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, DVD player and either a private terrace or balcony. There is free Wi-Fi. Les Bergers is located 2 km from the Lion of Waterloo. Lillois Train Station is 1.2 km from B&B Les Bergers.
Pros: The welcoming and hospitality was fantastic. Cozy place.
Cons: Need to improve the cleaning. No air conditioning.
Pros: Warm welcome Original bedroom in a kind of "Chalet". I was equipped with all you need. Good breakfast prepared by the owner. By good weather it is possible to get your breakfast on the terrace. I was allowed to visit the own'er well landscaped garden; trees, flowers, green plants and decoration. To all of those who like history and quiet walks, I recommend this location.
Pros: Separate entrance, good bed
Cons: Smell in the room
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: The bathroom was very small and had dirt or mildew on the tile grout. The sink faucet was not properly installed and was loode.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Everything was clean and like the photos.
Pros: The host and breakfast were wonderful.
Cons: Too basic for my taste I'm afraid.
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Too old fashioned
Located in Nivelles, Van der Valk Nivelles-Sud Hotel is a 3-minute drive from The collegiate church of Saint Gertrude and 9 minutes from Chateau de Seneffe. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
Pros: The new hotel facilities are awesome
Cons: The elevator might need a bit of work.
Pros: Nice new restaurant
Cons: Rooms old, noisy and poorly insulated Bad smell in hotel hallways
Pros: Location good if you have a car. Restaurant and sports facilities good.
Cons: Rooms were very clean and comfortable, but a bit cramped. Though fine because I was on my own - would have been tight for two.
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet was excellent. The room was super clean.
Cons: It was a little expensive.
Pros: LOVED BED AND THE VIEWS, ALSO THE WELNESS CENTRE
Cons: THE FRIGE HAD A REALLY BAD SMEEL WHICH STAYED IN THE ROOM THE 5 DAYS I HAVE BEEN THERE

Pros: the room was a good size..comfy bed..table n chairs to eat at..bathroom was very clean with lovely shower..breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of different hot n cold foods..
Cons: i can honestly say there was nothing i can fault
Cons: Odd that the toilet and shower are in different rooms but Novotel dies this too
Pros: It was easy to find a hotel, the stuff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.
Pros: Friendly Service Small fitness room Quiet
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing.
Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't open a window; I needed fresh air. Also, the buses near the hotel don't run on weekends so I couldn't travel with public transportation. But that's not the hotel's fault, of course...
Pros: Bed and pillows were excellent
Cons: Breakfast room is awfully noisy
Hotel 1815 is a historical hotel looking out over the battlefield of Waterloo, located a 5-minute walk from the monumental Lion Mound. It offers free on-site private parking. Hotel 1815 is situated in a peaceful, green area, only 150 metres from the tourist area of Waterloo. The newly renovated guest rooms offer a stylish decor and a soothing retreat for your stay. Sit out on the terrace and sip your favourite drink, while admiring the wonderful surroundings and the hotel’s garden. Restaurant 1815 serves Belgian cuisine with both set menus and à-la-carte dishes from a menu which changes with the seasons.
Pros: Cleanliness of rooms etc, beds very comfortable, sheets and towels great quality, fridge in room very handy! Staff were lovely and the breakfast was absolutely amazing!! The position of it to the Monument was great.
Cons: Proximity of bathroom and bathroom door to bed. Also room tended to get very warm of a night even with heating off
Pros: friendly and helpfull staff . Most beautiful breakfast that I have almost seen in europe .location was great . You can walk from hotel to memorial 1815 in 5 minute :)
Cons: There is no kettle in the room and the bathroom was cold . Our room door was too old .
Cons: As expected the hotel could not take negative remarks about the hotel so persisted to put the blame on us (the guests) as I predicted in my previous review! The only reason we asked if there were any other rooms available was not because we wanted the deluxe double (that was cheaper than our room) it was because we hoped for a room with less mould! And like I said we was told there were no rooms available which was a lie! Don’t tell me to stay in a 5* hotel next time - I’ve stayed in 2* hotels cleaner and more accommodating than this one. Hopefully you will not mess around with my room pictures this time, I know it’s a bit embarrassing but if you sorted these issues out your hotel could be excellent. Please swallow your pride and take my comments as constructive criticism.
Pros: What a wonderful stay. Checked in an hour early due to my wife being sick with no issues. Amazing hosts, wonderful breakfast and absolutely best location for everything to do with Waterloo. Great bar and restaurant on site and nearby.
Pros: The location of the hotel was good for the lions mound but none of the restaurants inc the hotel restaurant were open for the duration of our stay meaning we had to get cabs into Waterloo every night just to get something to eat. The continental breakfast was good. One of the staff members was very helpful - the others were appalling, particularly the lady the checked us in!
Cons: We stayed in the apartment thinking it sounded lovely and spacious - I wouldn’t recommend this room, the private entrance was very unappealing as you can see from the pictures I’ve provided. Inside the cheap furniture was damaged and marked with cup stains. The bathroom had mould around the window and paint flaking off the wall. The tv didn’t work and the so called sofa bed was a small dirty brown corner thing which I can’t imagine even a child being able to sleep on. The room was large but very unattractive- the bathroom was small and the whole apartment smelt of mould/mildew. No tea/coffee or water in the apartment. When I asked to move rooms into the hotel I was told the hotel was full - however I checked on line and there were plenty of rooms available, in fact I didn’t see another guest the whole time we were there, not even at breakfast! The hotel took the money for the 2 rooms and breakfast immediately as we checked in, usually you pay on check out. Neither the bar or the restaurant were open at all during our stay. It would of been nice to sit in a nice lounge area and have a drink after a long journey. I then sat and read some previous reviews which I should of done before I booked the hotel admittedly, I noticed the hotel didn’t respond kindly to any criticism- in fact the responses were rather rude almost blaming the guests. I hope the hotel take my review as constructive criticism and act upon the points I’ve mentioned to make future guests have a more comfortable stay.
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and the 2 hotel staff I met, one the lady from Como and the other a man were friendly, professional and very helpful. The location...easy parking, great restaurants next door and right on the Waterloo Battlefield. Absolutely Superb!!!
With a stay at Martin's Manoir in Rixensart, you'll be on a lake, within a 15-minute drive of Walibi Belgium and Genval Lake. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very good breakfast ... which is served in the main hotel some 8-10 minutes walk downhill ... and a few more minutes back up to your annex
Cons: The property is an annex to Chateau du Lac and is signposted from the street as Manoir du Lac AND NOT Martin’s Manoir You need to check in at the main Chateau du Lac hotel where you’ll get you key .. and they will block an additional €50 deposit against the bottle of champagne in your fridge....just in case your tempted to drink it When you eventually find the annex there is no reception or concierge. You key open the front door (if you’re lucky) and the bedroom. The bedroom decor and cleanliness have seen better days and the fire escape from our room was unguarded and dangerous
Pros: Great staff and comfortable room.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: location is nice
Cons: was written that there was spa and access to sauna. when I arrived they told it was 30 euro extra per person !
With a stay at Kasteel Gravenhof in Beersel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Forest National and Beersel Castle. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator. Planning an event in Beersel? This hotel has facilities measuring 3239 square feet (301 square meters), including conference space.
Pros: Old character building
Cons: No real issues. Room was very warm from heating but could either open windows or turn on air conditioning so not a major problem.
Pros: Restaurant, very nice service, nice food. I would go there again.
Cons: There was foldaway bed with poor matrace. On the other side the room was clean and quiet with nice view of the pond.
Pros: Everything. Think of a hotel that offers you everything you want - this is that hotel. It is ideal for a family trip. The property is beautiful. Not too far from the highway. Rooms are beautiful and with great views. However the best part about this hotel is its very helpful, caring and dedicated staff. Be it the reception staff or the restaurant staff, everyone is extremely polite and ready to help. One of the best, we have stayed in.
Cons: Difficult to point anything. Unfortunately on the second day the lift stopped working. But once again, thanks to the helpful staff it was not a problem. What we did not like the most was that we did not spend there enough time.
Pros: The owners were so gratious and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It felt more like visiting friends than staying in a B&B. I stupidly got the house number wrong on my first night and walked around for nearly two hours...THAT WAS MY FAULT, not theirs....lol I would recommend this B&B to anybody, and I certainly will stay there again if they let me. To Paul and his lovely wife, thank you for a lovely few days.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. The bed was very comfortable and the room or rather "Suite" was so spacious and clean and comfortable too. If I gushed anymore it might appear unbelievable but I have stayed in many B&B`s over the years and this was by far the nicest I have ever stayed at.
Pros: The owners were super friendly hospitable and entertaining. Lovely spacious quarters in large family home close to Waterloo sights.
Pros: I was taken care of incredibly well. It rained on the morning of my stay (for work), so the host kindly drove me to my place of work.
Pros: Owner got up 5am as I was leaving early for breakfast
Pros: The host supplied several services to make my stay comfortable. Very friendly!
Pros: We really loved this bed and breakfast. The owners were really extremely nice a beautiful couple. They were very welcoming and friendly and spoke excellent English. Great company. Would’ve been nice to have stayed longer had we had time. Our room was very nice, our bed comfortable, everything spotless. Our breakfast very tasty a large selection. Their home is beautiful!! I would highly recommend this memorable bed and breakfast!!
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.
Pros: Paul and Olga were nothing short of delightful. There aren’t enough words to describe the service we received or the hospitality we were shown. We would return tomorrow, life permitting, but return we will! Thank you seems inadequate, but they made our short break just perfect.
Pros: Location was good although not right in the township. Very quite and comfortable with a good breakfast. Host advised a nice place for dinner and then we enjoyed a glass of wine with him after dinner. Thank you very much.
Cons: No aircon but I knew that when I booked and did not expect a heat wave. A fan was provided which was appreciated.

Cons: Everything was fine, no problems or dislikes at all.
Pros: The people who manage the house is outstanding. All has been fantastic. Very clean, good place and a great beakfast. We can not ask for any more. Thanks
Cons: Nothing. Every thing outstanding
Pros: It’s a nice house in the countryside, very spacious and quiet. The owners are so nice and welcoming!
Cons: If the two bedrooms are full you have to share the bathroom.
Pros: The Room was Big and clean. The two bathrooms was clean and Well equiped. The coffee was nicely brewed on an Italian espresso The juice made on fresh oranges few minutes before served. The wifi was Very good in the room.
Cons: Nothing bothered us. We enjoyed the stay.
Pros: Everything was good
Pros: Wonderful place with fabulous owner. This is the place which you never forget. Huge house with natural and a bit wild garden, very spacious room and private bathroom. I had the most comfortable bed in my "travel-life"! Scottish owner speaking perfectly English of course is a real gentelman, probably one of the lasts in this world. Great breakfast in the very pleasant kitchen. Also localisation is fantastic, you can go on foot to Waterloo. We are happy - we have found our place to stay in Belgium! For sure we will be back!
Pros: Nice people, nice breakfast and very nice room. Next time I'll be in Brussels I'll definitely stay with them again.
Pros: Owner of the house was very caring and took very good care of us during our stay
Pros: Brussels town centre, battlefield of Waterloo, Atomium

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable property with beautiful garden and scenery situated near Waterloo, a short drive from Brussels. Mr. Bertrand is a great host. Highly recommended!
Pros: A beautiful mansion in a very nice landscape, perfect to enjoy the pleasures of the surrounding parks, woods or other places of interest. The treat by the host was very friendly. He provided good recommendations of nearby places to visit and restaurants. Everything is prepared to offer you a peaceful and relaxed stay in the countryside, yet at very short distance from Brussels. The decoration of the b&b is exquisit, breakfast was very tasty and served in a beautiful dining room.
Pros: The gardens and the "grass cutting friend" that kept us amused. Lovely interior of the downstairs of this charming "Demi-chateau", Wonderful setting for breakfast, best view ever. Friendly host and approachable if needed. Free car parking spaces next to property. Very close to Waterloo and the Battlefields / Museums and the "Butte de Lion"
Cons: Room too small for two friends travelling together, En-suite bathroom ok, but toilet outside of bedroom across the corridor, I found this a bit inconvienient, especially at night. Property quite isolated, no bars within walking distance...I know I tried to find one....failed There are two restaurants within walking distance, Donca (Pizza), Bellinis (Italian). went to Donca both nights, first night very good. so went back 2nd night....Awful. told all food was fresh....they lied, hit or miss regarding freshness Absolutly no fault of Le Vert Logis. . Breakfast could have been better....but is it a continental breakfast and the host does offer an egg if wanted...which we did, had to ask for butter and milk and salt / pepper each morning, but that's not a problem, he just forgot to put them on table . Tea was weak so sneeked a teabag which I bought from home into teapot....the teapot it's self is worth waiting for....a piece of art in it's self...you can't lift it as too heavy...just tip it and pour into cup....nice cuppa (with the extra teabag)….would have liked toast but nice fresh rolls served. No tea / coffee facility in room, but you are welcome to use the house kitchen to make drinks and take upstairs to your room....perhaps I am being a bit picky,,,,overall a nice stay......albeit a bit isolated Not sure what the quiet time 20.00hrs to 22hrs is about....we just made sure we were out at the restaurant between these times, don't know what would happen to you if you made any noise at this time LOL Cleaner made a lot of noise in the morning, hoovering and chattering around the house....no sleep in
Pros: Exelent position peaceful and relax
Cons: There is nothing to complain about the place
Pros: Beautiful decor in the main house
Cons: High narrow steps to third floor
Pros: The location and the surrounding view is perfect
Cons: The bathroom was not clean and the sink was blocked.. We had very poor breakfast comparing to our previous staying last year and we had the same dry Loaf of bread during the 3 breakfasts! I’m not sure what happened but this is not the same level that we had last year.,
Pros: Everything was just very good. The room very clean and comfortable. The landscape is just amazing and relaxing! The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The host was excellent, the location was excellent, the accommodation was excellent, lovely stay, thank-you.
Pros: Very friendly and pleasant owner. Who clearly takes a lot of care. Beautiful garden. Very comfortable bed Good breakfast. At the price though I would expect croissants and better quality yoghurts.
Cons: Strong smell of lavender throughout...sign of cleanliness but I hate the smell of lavender
Pros: Great location Quiet and away from the main road Fantastic host Complete breakfast Thank you LeVertLogis
Cons: Nothing really
