Brandon Motels

Very clean! I was very surprised. The level of service and friendliness was beyond my expectations. As good as it can be. In spite of all the other issues, it made my stay enjoyable. They really deserve credit for that. The room had poor sound insulation, I could hear the guys next door, and everything happening outside; cars, train, parking lot activity. We were staying in the other building next to the pool & the WIFI did not work :( but it worked in the main building.

It was functional. Shower drain clogged easily, water collected in the bath during shower. AC is positioned to goes right across the bed, making it somewhat uncomfortable. Wifi connection was impossible from my room, as the signal kept dropping out. All things that can be worked around or ignored, not a huge deal. My only real grievance is the door. The seal along the bottom was falling off, leaving a gap for bugs to get in.

The only positive is that is was right down the road from Lowry park zoo.. When I saw the negative comments on this motel I thought people were being picky. well, they under played how bad it was. 1st I was nearly in tears from the obnoxious amounts of cleaners I smelled when I first walked in, 2nd I killed 4 roaches, finally I felt like I was going to fall through the shower floor because the floor of the tub was cracked and broken and their method of fixing it was gluing the bath mat down. The only reason I even stayed here for the full night was do to the fact that someone had been shot and murdered and 3 injured at a hookah lounge just a few blocks from this motel and hadn't been caught yet.. To conclude DONT DO IT!!

Half the hotel complex was abandoned. The room was smelly. The doorknob on the inside of the bathroom was missing, so we couldn't close the door tight or we probably wouldn't be able to get out. Also it wasn't so clean.

Leaving. This place used to be a motel 6 if that gives you any indication of the quality. Upon check-in the tweeker clerk demanded a $10 cash deposit for a room key in addition to my credit card. But I replied that I don't have a $10 cash is just to go to the truckstop across the highway and pay the four dollar ATM fee to get her the $10. This place is a dump it's in a shady part of town run by shady people and I would stay anywhere else but here

This box is for what I liked...itvwas next to Waffle house. Book with your credit card, they copy your CC, but want 10$ cash key deposit, loose the receipt and they keep your 10 bucks..... Crooks. They are a cheap hotel but just spend a few more bucks and have a motel. Roaches walking around in room and mybwife had to bleech the vath tub before she showered, and I think there was a prostitution ring working several rooms.,.. Kinda scared of the area.
