Location was good! Staff was friendly Hall carpet was old and the hallways spelled of old smoke even though we were in a non smoking room. Sink in room was slow draining. TV had no channel guide and custodian came to room but Odin not offer to find one. It is an old hotel that needs updating!
Had to cancel due to dirty nasty rooms and clientele. Got my refund no problem
Paper thin walls, Small TV in room, Lots of traffic noise carries in.
If you just need an inexpensive bed for the night, this is your place. The location ids next a strip club. The breakfast was not worth the money and it was free.
The front desk staff was personable and friendly. Very quick on getting me transfered to a new room and very apologetic for the terrible experience we had. Checked in on March 25th to find blood stains on the sheets in one bed and hair and dead skin in the other. I asked to be transfered to another room and that room was just as bad. My girlfriend and I couldn't decide if the rooms were even cleaned but they definitely didn't have clean sheets. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone And definitely wouldn't allow my girlfriend to lay in those beds. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Every one at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. I stay here often and have never had a negative experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful when dealing with some issues that came up with the room(s) I was assigned. The breakfast was quite good and included a nice variety of hot/cold options. The bed was fairly comfortable (though I used my own pillows). Small bathrooms (the sink area was especially narrow). The first room I was given didn't have a place to hang clothes and overlooked the cabaret next door (despite my request for a "quiet location"). The second room had cleanliness issues, including what appeared to be unchanged sheets on one of the beds.
Clean, great shower, Small bathroom, beds seem to be broke down.
Convenient Location Nice breakfast Walls seem very thin. Could hear all the doors closing and people walking halls. Had a non smoking room, hallway smelled of smoke.
My husband, son, and I had a room we booked online. When we arrived the front desk attendant, Kramer, swiped my husband's debit card and told him they needed to make a photocopy of it. My husband explained that he would be more than happy to let them make a photocopy of his ID, but we felt it would be unwise to make a photo of the debit card for fraud reasons. The front desk attendant tossed his debit card back to my husband and told him, "Then I guess you're not staying here." The only reason we stayed was because we had extended family that were also staying there, and my mother allowed them to make a photocopy of her fraud protected credit card for our room. When my husband asked Kramer for a copy of the receipt for our room, the man refused to give him a copy and told him that he would receive it upon checkout. When we got to our room, the window was dripping water from the rain, and we felt a cold breeze from the outside. It looked as though mold had been painted over, and the paint was peeling. The pillows were old and lumpy, and the bed was hard as a rock. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it had a faint odor of tobacco and other thinks malodorous and there were several cigarette burns in the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was mediocre and the condiments that should've been refrigerated obviously hadn't, because they were rancid. When we checked out the new desk attendant told us, "You're good to go." We had to request a copy of the receipt for our records. We will never stay at this motel again. Do yourself a favor, and stay elsewhere!
We feel we picked the best Inn. The location was in the center of town. It was simply beautiful! My kids enjoyed their stay there.
The location was good for us and the facility was really clean. Very good continental breakfast and the check in process was simple. The bed was extremely hard and the ice machine was not working.
Comfortable beds, decent size room. Friendly staff. Clean. Enough towels. Easy to find, convenient location. Nice pool, including a shaded picnic and grill area--a pleasant and unusual amenity for most motels. Good selection of coffee was nice. Food choices limited; could have few more nutritious items--non-sugary yogurt, better bread or cereal. Oddly, only one small, water-bottle type container with milk. Given the number of people, including children, and cereal as a main breakfast item, they should have a better way to serve. Too few tables--just 3--making finding a place to sit a little awkward. Did meet a nice European couple this way--they invited me and my son to join them, making a plus from a negative.
Maid service did not make beds every day, just replaced towels and emptied trash. Very spacious except the hanging rack in the master bedroom left clothes hanging very nearly on the bed itself. Just pastries and fruit for breakfast, no hot eggs or sausage.
Staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was perfectly acceptable Bed was terrible, probably the firmest mattress I have ever encountered, not only in hotels but in life in general
Decorated very modern and pretty. Easy to find and not far from down town.
When we arrived Aaron took the time to speak with me about various kid friendly locations. He told me the history of the town and the very best restaurants that have the best prices and are kid/family friendly. It was a big help having a 2 year old. The hotel was clean in appearance as our room. The room did not smell like cigarettes like other hotels we have stayed in before. The pool was not open yet. I can understand why it was not open, but a sign would have been useful.
