Pros. Queen size bed, 2minutes from the beach and pier, town very close with co-op on your doorstep, plenty of tea/coffee, small portable mirror in bathroom was a plus! Nice decor to the room. 24hr entry and exit from room, you get your own key to the hotel and room and are basically left alone apart from cleaner during 11:00am-13:00pm, but can leave a sign out to not be disturbed.
Cons. Lamps didn't work, shower/bath a little temperamental and bathtub quite low. Parking outside can be difficult and you will have to pay a lot if you can't get a space out front (£10.40 a day out front very reasonable for Brighton). Windows steam up with condensation. Only a slight view of sea from bedroom.
