It was a great experience.
location and breakfast hotel presentation beds and room were a bit smelly. could have been better. Also AC is old so kind of filling odors in the room
Great staff, room was very clean. Building was clean
friendly staff, excellent breakfast provided
The staff at the front dsk was friendly, inviting and welcoming. They made sure our room was ready and seemed genuinely excited to have us stay here. The lobby is beautiful great to sit and talk, comfortable and professional looking. I'm not sure why we were charged an extra $30 as we did not use any soaps or shampoos. That's my only complaint.
Its breakfast was good.. The first night we checked in there was what looked like pee in the toilet , the bottom sheet had a blood stain in the middle of the bed and no garbage liner in the bathroom can. Also the ice machine was not working on the floor we were on,,
Great staff - great location. Easy access to the Denver metro area. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. Housekeeping excellent. The breakfast was reliably good. Coffee was always fresh. Pool and exercise areas were great.

I especially liked the walk in oversize shower. No problems at all.
I've stayed at this Hampton atleast a dozen times, and will be again this coming week. Whenever I'm in Denver on business, even if my requirement are to be down south, I stay here. The sheets always smell sooo nice, the rooms are always filled with the little things, ie., bottles of water on the table, freshly plumped pillows, and always clean! When you walk in, people always greet me, and even when I'm tired, that is sooo nice - it feels just like home! The breakfast is definitely a familiar sight...there's always eggs, bacon, sausage, several different kinds of muffins and yogurt, hot and cold cereal, good fresh juice and good coffee. So, will I recommend them, yes...I have and I do - the rest of the hotels in the Denver area should take notes on this Hampton!!
The start rating just does not do this hotel justice. It was so much more. From the cleanliness of the room to the little snack on the lobby table I really couldn't find anything wrong with it. I did not like the car wash that was located on the side of the hotel. It left me a bit uncomfortable when I had to park my car across from it. I would like to have seen more lighting on that side of the building.
Friendly staff, cleanliness Sun am Oct 2, staff tried to service room at 8am, while we still occupied it, then never returned to service room later after we checked out. We returned in the eve to be dissapointed, unserviced, & out of necessities
The friendliness of the staff - - all were great!
free breakfasts are not usually very good at BW, bathroom sink was rusty

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Pool facility was nice and also clean. Cleaning staff did a great job everyday! Jacuzzi tub in our room was great! 2 m&m's were left from a previous guest. They were cleaned up when they were noticed during our stay. I think the hotel was being audited by someone from head quarters the whole week. He was very cold and rude to us and the other staff...never even smiled
Cleanliness; comfortable bed and room Need grab bars in bathroom
Rooms were clean and spacious, comfy beds, and staff was very friendly. Pool was comftorable. Oversized hot tub. A/C unit was kind of loud.
good location, good breakfast! thin walls. I could hear the person in the next room just moving around.
The managers were wonderful....very personable and had good suggestions about what to see in Denver. Breakfast was good.
The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast was not the best. The breakfast
no issues, everyone was happy to help, customer service was great.
Too crowded.. Not enough staff to help monitor the NYE madness. There were people everywhere in the lobby outside in the hallway... I paid Over &200 for a couple to stay ONE night there! And there was no continental breakfast... They charged me $6 for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning....On my floor there was a crowd of people just outside chillin in the hallway with a giant dog all night! The elevators were so crammed after New Years it was pure chaos and there was no staff anywhere!! to monitor the situation and the stair were impossible to find no signs anywhere to locate finally a random man came and helped... He wakes ahead of us as if we were mutants and didn't say much... For working in the hospitality business it justifiably seem right. Later that evening my boyfriend went to get some ice and stumbled upon A crowd of people and a man seriously Ou of control. He saw him beat the shot out of a guy right there in the hotel. There were crazy people runnin around with NO staff support!!!!! I was afraid to leave my room!!. My friends saw him freak out on two people on two occasions through out that night and there was no staff to call the police on him which needed to be done. It was stupid loud and chaotic and yes it wasNYE but this place looked classy and professional on the outside but they had no care to have the staff they needed for such a crazy night.. And not feeding us anything not even juice or Coffee!!!! in the morning for the amount we paid is just stupid. I will never return.
Nice staff, Pay for WiFi, no USB charging ports, ice machine broken on my floor and no refrigerator, I had to push the elevator door to get it to close,
Very trendy and modern Construction was occurring during my stay, causing loud banging. When advising the staff, I received an apology but the construction continued. At check out, I advised the front desk and was disregarded.
Everythingg The service counter looked cheap. & the side exits didn't not work.
comfortable beds/pillows room very comfortable and roomy clean quiet excellent location "for us" affordable no continental breakfast
The location is perfect if you are going to an event at the 1stbank center, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. Staff is nice. Bed is comfy. Free parking lot is nice. The walls are paper thin, very noisy even though I was on the top floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom - you can do the math there. There is no food/room service of any sort.
Aloft is very clean, modern with a friendly staff. The location and amenities were perfect for our trip, including the concert at the nearby venue!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Flatiron Renaissance hotel from 12/21-12/27. It was conveniently located near my daughters home and with the Kayak deal it was a great value. My room had a spectacular view of the Front Range. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! The chef makes the best omelettes and is so pleasant. Our waiter was like an old friend by the end of the week. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the cost of internet access is really high. I chose to use my computer at my daughters home but I was fortunate to have an alternative.
Nice, clean, comfy hotel with friendly & helpful staff!!! Absolutely zero complaints!
Desk too small for working
Location Price Quality free breakfast
Morning buffet was excellent. Housekeeping very good. Evening managers special very nice.
Great location, easy access to other areas of Colorado. Hiking and biking trails near by. Shopping, eating all within the same area. N/A
We were taken by the cute English decor and laid back atmosphere of Hill Top Inn and Suites. The staff is friendly and we just love Miss Jocelyn. The complementary breakfast was made to order. We recommend visiting the Burns Pub on site.
Good personal service, don't stay here if you like cookie-cutter hotels.
Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We had a first floor room and the person above us sounded like he/she was running foot races at 5 in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.
Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. For some reason was given a handicap room.
The location is good, being very close to several major interstate interchanges, allowing easy access to Denver How hard is it to have non-smoking rooms that don't smell like ash trays? I get it that people break the rules, but it seems as if only Motel 6 is incapable of purchasing the deodorants and cleaning supplies necessary. Also, a three inch mattress isn't adequate under any circumstances, but putting a three inch mattress on a wooden plank is a joke.
Paid a little more than I wanted for a motel 6, but was told it had gone through a remodel. And I was desperate to find a place in the area. When I opened the door to the room, I was pleasantly surprised at first. The room did look updated. But after 2 minutes we saw 3 roaches, so I moved my luggage back to the vehicle. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The remote to TV did not work. And when I woke in the middle of the night to use restroom, I turned on the light to many more roaches, so I left the light on the rest of the night. When I laid back down, I noticed my sheets had a couple spots on them, after further investigating, they were crusted red and yellowish. That was it. I brought my sleeping bag in to finish the night. My children noticed the roaches, but I didn't wake them to concern them with what I found. I made them shower in the morning, thank god that worked fine. I'm not one to raise hell and come across as someone looking for a free room, so I didn't say anything, I'm sure they already know they have these problems. I just will never stay there again. And I thought others should know what they are getting into. I've heard the saying " you can polish a turd, but you still have a turd when your finished". They put in new tv's, new beds( but used cheap matresses") new showers, new furniture and fixtures, new flooring( flooring is already peeling up). We were returning from vacation in Yellowstone, with 6 other people, always staying in two rooms. We were gone for two weeks and stayed in many hotels and motels on our way there and back. This was the worst by far!!!!! The only good things about this place was location
There was nothing to like about this hotel! The pool was closed and they lied and kept telling us it would be open the next day and it never opened. The room was supposed to be non smoking but reaked of smoke and their were burn holes in the shower and curtains. When I reported it they said there were no other rooms available. We had just traveled 1500 miles and were exhausted or we would have immediately got a new hotel. There were questionable people living in the hotel. A guy that just banged on the door next to ours and yelled for the guy to answer for about 45 min at midnight and then a big dog barked for hours after that. It was just a horrible stay the price was outrageous for what they provided and for the state of the hotel and room. I felt unsafe and it was just awful after traveling for so long I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! You can find a better deal don't stay here!
THERE WAS NOTHING WE LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL. The front desk girl Cynthia was so rude we cancelled on the spot after she continued to insult us and roll her eyes THERE WAS NOTHING WE LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL. The front desk girl Cynthia was so rude we cancelled on the spot after she continued to insult us and roll her eyes. Still haven't heard back from corporate on what they're going going tl do to resolve our issue
room was well-equiped with kitchen and comfortable desk so it could allow in-room meal prep and business work. Comfortable, and it had lights beside the bed for reading (don't laugh - amazing how few hotels actually have reading lights for bed reraders). It was large and busy - a popular place but in the morning resulted in lots of folks trying to squeeze into a small eating area. Also, an odd process - once checked in still had to use a key to go from the registration area to the rooms - seemed strange to be in the lobby and checked in then have to use a room key to access the hotel and then the room.
Front desk staff were exceptional..great..experienced and VERY customer centered. Both AM and PM..really unusually good, personable and caring. Beds, rooms, complete kitchen..all good breakfast..all for under 90.00. Amazing. Nothing..the outside does not present for the great remodel of the rooms inside
The air conditioner worked well. Staff was dishonest with me on two separate occasions. Cleaning staff did not finish making the bed and did not leave any towels for the second day. I was unable to use the side door the second day because it was locked and I had to walk all the way around the building to load my vehicle because the woman at the front desk told me the door was not supposed to be unlocked until 10 am. That door was unlocked my entire stay until the second morning.
Breakfast was good Pool was cold, no tub in bathroom
No reviews had been written about this hotel when we made our reservations -- so we didn't know quite what to expect. Fortunately our family of 6 were pleasantly surprised by how nice, roomy, and comfortable everything was. The suites were beautiful and very clean -- loved the natural stone countertops and tile floors in the bathroom. The wifi worked great, we loved the breakfast of Belgian Waffles, omelets and bacon or sausage -- as well as the regular cereal, danishes, juice, etc, and it was nice to hang out in a room and not be on top of each other! The pool is small -- but was perfect for our family -- I love the lounge chairs they have pool side as well. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We know exactly where we're staying when we visit Firestone again!
Very clean hotel. Large rooms. Great breakfast. Great location. Great staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.
