Pros: Nothing but the comfort of the center itself. No car, no help on the labor day weekend. Kayak doesn't tell you it books cars at places other than where you have requested. I asked for cars at the airport and that is not where the car was set up for. When the car was not at the airport, Enterprise did not, "pick me up."

Cons: The pick up and do off it would have been more convenient to drop it off at the airport but that would have been an additional $50

Pros: The place we actually ended up renting the car from was our 4th Enterprise that we went to. Ended up being told by them in true rental car dealership fashion that they didn't have the compact we had actually rented, but they would give us a minivan "upgrade." By that time, we said absolutely not, and ended up with a Jeep Compass instead. Ok car, very clean and comfortable, but be aware that it is a heavy 4 cylinder car so don't expect much performance in merging.
Cons: Kayak bills this Enterprise as being "Denver Airport." It is hell and gone from DIA (like in Aurora, so enjoy the taxi/Uber fare you can add to the cost of your trip, negating almost any value in actually booking through Kayak. After waiting hours because the actual dealership has a tiny fleet and seems chronically sold out (where they will offer to send you BACK to DIA and honor the Kayak price - now double can/uber fare), you'll realize it is actually just the same value and far less headache to rent directly instead of going through Kayak.

Cons: Mostly had a good experience. The only issue I had with it was the rental place was closed at 6pm. My flight got delayed that day so I landed after 6pm. Since the store was closed, I had to rebook my hotel so that I could more conveniently pick up the car the next day. That move cost me an extra $100. So while I don't blame the rental shop for that, I was annoyed that there was no alternate way to pick up my car that same night.
