Pros: The room layout was really nice
Cons: The desk in the rooms, the glass panels that separate the sleeping area from desk area, the glass wobbles in the frame when you write on the desk. I would recommend some gasketingn or silencers to help with that.

Pros: Rooms are super trendy and cute! It was nice to know that you needed a room key to get onto the floors with guests, it made me feel safer.
Cons: They need to be more upfront that you have to pay for parking separately once you get their, AND it’s $15 a night! It needs to be included in the price. They also hold $100/night for “incidentals” instead of just using the card you had on file when you booked - another thing that wasn’t listed anywhere that I could find.

Pros: Liked the location
Cons: Have to pay to valet as there is no parking at this time and beds not the most comfortable
5.4 Okay
Pros: Downtown area was idea, the service people were on point. Front desk help us with all needs, places to go an eat. Made our trip memorable!
Cons: Our first room had lady bugs on the window an ceiling. We asked for new room an they moved us. Maintance says the lady bugs have been a problem an i think more should have been done to make sure everything was good in our room. Second room, ac/heater did not work on heat, they tried to fix it, but after 1.5 hours, could not. But the hotel was full, had to stay in the room. Hotel provided blankets an comp the room for free. Next day we called the front desk to see what the plan was, they were not sure an said they would call me back. Called me back said the maintance guy would be in to fix soon we called around 900a. Well later that evening after enjoying our event, we called the hotel to see if the heater was fixed. Front desk did not know said that we should try once back to the hotel. They would move us if it wasnt fixed. That isnt being proactive, now we felt unsure an felt our evening would not go well. We went an ate first, return to hotel an the heat did not work. They moved us to a suite, but the attention to details was missing (NOT HILTON QUALITY) in the room, only one wash towel, only one soap for the shower. None for the sink. In the morning i told front desk, this stay was not the usual Hilton Quality!

Postoak Lodge And Retreat - Tulsa - Building
8
9.1 Excellent (286 reviews)
6.8 Good
Pros: Location: The lodge is surrounded by acres of gorgeous landscape with a view of the Tulsa skyline, but yet is only a 20 minute drive from all attractions. Cleanliness: Our room was clean and was cleaned although we stayed only 2 nights. Facilities: Each lodge offers a common- game room with a pool table and other games. There is also a pool and in the summer months one can purchase other activities such as zip-lining tours.
Cons: Beds: Our mattress was old and dented causing us not so good nights. Staff: Since the heat/ AC in the rooms are not controlled by a thermostat in the room, guests have to call the front desk to have the temperature adjusted. The receptionist was helpful and quickly adjusted the temp. In the middle of the night, we woke up sweating - the staff had readjusted our rooms temp to 78 degrees. We phoned the receptionist again. This time the front desk clerk wasn't as nice as before and was telling us he would take care of it when he had time. We had to call the front desk a total of 5 times during our stay to have the temp. set to 68 degrees because they kept resetting it to 78. Not cool. Not a place for children: Although the lodge offers many facilities, the common room was often taken up by slightly intoxicated adults so our kid couldn't enjoy any of them. Also, our sleep and down time at the lodge was inconvenienced due to two guests having intercourse and moaning loudly. This may sound funny to some, but if you are with a child who asks you, why there are loud moaning noises coming through the air vent disrupting their sleep at night and their time at the lodge during the day, you, the parent, might find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. We called the reception about this also and were told that there is nothing they can do. When asked about an alternative room, I was advised that there was no other room forcing us to wear ear plugs while in our room. Breakfast: If you plan to go here, please be aware that breakfast is served from 8 am- 9:30 and there is no way to eat before that time. We had to eat elsewhere.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I found the facilities to be very clean and welcoming. The entrance to the building gave you a feeling of stepping back in time, and the door greeters were quick to give you a grand entrance. Honestly, for the price for my room, I found the room to be of higher stature than many I've had in previous travels. The bed was comfortable, not a rock; the lighting was bright or dark by choice, the climate control worked the way it was supposed to work, and there was ample room for me and my other. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick access to downtown Tulsa and a quiet place to relax in between outings.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like wasn't even necessarily a dislike, but rather a potential downside - parking. The hotel has valet parking, but not a lot of open parking. It's not a huge shock as the building is located in downtown Tulsa. If you opt for this location, I would suggest arriving early enough to catch a parking spot on the street (on the weekend) for free parking. Otherwise plan on paying for the valet service or have a bit of a walk to get back to the hotel.
6.5 Good
Pros: This is not typical for a Marriott hotel!
Cons: First room had a broken thermostat and wet carpet from a water leak. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the thermostat issue. Second room didn't have hot water. The staff said I needed to run the water for 20 minutes because it's an old building. Unfortunately I had done that and didn't get even warm water. I don't like cold showers!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: My stay, generally, was fantastic. The staff really was the highlight of the stay (keep up the great work!)
Cons: The air conditioning in my room was a little difficult to figure out. I thought I had it set, but it got warm in my room at night.

Pros: Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near.
Cons: The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Only a few minuets from downtown. Excellent breakfast setup.
Cons: Pool needed to be skimmed
