Pros: Fuel efficient. New model. Comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and gave me a ride home after drop off.
Cons: We took a long trip and it would have been nice if the passenger seat could have reclined.

Cons: The website did not reflect the Tulsa airport Enterprise office and I called the number for what I thought was the address (on Memorial Drive) which is the street Tulsa airport is on. I guess it's not and the airport office didn't have my reservation.
However, they did give an upgrade though.

Pros: I had a great experience from beginning to the end. My keys were mistakenly taken by a friend as he left Houston for Santa Fe. I called Enterprise and a locksmith appeared quickly and made a set! Hassle free and an immediate response salvaged the trip! Thanks for such great service!

Pros: Vehicle was ready to go when I arrived; just a quick inspection, a couple of signatures and I was on my way. Quick and painless.

Pros: The people were super friendly and they did what they could to help out.
Cons: The cost changed. Needed to have a credit card. And lots of pressure after landing in Edmonton.
Pros: The car was nice, clean and had nice extras.
Cons: Picking up the car is a slower process then I prefer.

Good car Poor first Impression
Pros: It was easy to add an extra day to the rental and at a reasonable rate. The dropoff person was friendly unlike the pickup.
Cons: The location i picked the car up from closed at 6 but nothing was mentioned on the site about having to arrive before 6 or your car would be given away. I was treated very rudely until another person arrived after me who also had a reservation but was not told they were close or that their car was given away. The manager offered me a smaller car for the same rate and larger car but I would have to pay more! He then partially cleaned up a newly returned car and gave it to me. Very Bad Experience. Did not want to help fix the issue but reluctantly did after I advised I had prepaid for the rental.

Horrible Customer Service
Cons: They didn't have a car for me even though they could see I had reserved a vehichle. I was dropped off so I had to use Uber to take me to the airport. They offered no compensation nor did they even try to see if they coild set me up with something at the airport. Very disappointed in Hertz.

Pros: Good value, nice people at check in.
Cons: check in and check out very slow. I did an online payment and yet when I got to the rental place I had to give them the exact same information which took way too long, considering I'd already given that information, online.
Pros: The whole experience was worth it. From the online arrangements, to the selection of the vehicle. Which was a 6 passenger Ford Flex, we enjoyed a great experience that was affordable, comfortable and so easily arranged through Kayak. Will definitely do business like this again
