Pros: Obviously the embassy suite breakfast with made to order omelettes are the highlight of the visit. The rooms look brand new with updated furniture and fixtures. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: One of my towels smelled bad, but they gave me a new one. Not sure if it was just folded while wet. Also, when we were checking in, they got a little annoyed about us asking for adjacent rooms even though we called ahead about it. They accomodated though

5.0 Okay
Cons: Pillow was flat and uncomfortable
1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff was friendly. We were 2 min from our appt for next day that's why I chose this place.
Cons: The building had MAJOR problems big dents in many walls, paint missing on walls, VERY dirty. Our room looked like they took all the furniture out and replaced with second hand garbage (I'm not exaggerating). A man was smoking in the elevator while we were in it. No smoking??? My husband and I were extremely disappointed!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I love them 💞💞
Cons: No
1.0 Poor
Pros: The price ....but like the husband and said you pay for what you get. I just thought a hotel would have standards. I do and I wasn't expecting too much but cleanliness shouldn't have been an option of what I was looking for in a hotel room.
Cons: The room looked like the only thing that was cleaned when the past guest left was the trash liners. The room needed a good deep cleaning. The side of the fridge, range hood, walls, sheets & windows were all dirty. The room had a heavy grease smell that we took along home with us. A rag was hanging from the plumbing under the bathroom sink and who knows how long that has been there. The lamps were bent and it looked like there was no effort put forth to try and make them look semi presentable. Take just a little pride in your establishment and vacuum the hallways; the attention to minor details was very underwhelming. Last but not least the entryway/front desk area had a strong odor of weed everytime we would enter or exit.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: The refrigerator was locked. The carpets was wet from previous customer pouring drinks.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Every hallway and room smelled like marijuana, floors were dirty in room, still trash from previous tenants. Horrible hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Yes, advertised as having breakfast and not true. We were invited to buy breakfast from vending machines. They initially put us in a dirty IED room. No local phone service that's extra fee.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The confort of the room and how we had peace in the room from the rest of the guest
1.0 Poor
Pros: Cheap price Location
Cons: They charged my card a terrible fee for smoking. Lying on my name when none of what they said happens. Terrible communication. I would never book here again.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the location was great
Cons: The swimming pool was dirty and the hot tub was worse, it had dirty foam and people were trying to scoop it out. This was very disappointing because I really wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub but couldn't.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was very clean and the breakfast had a good selection.
Cons: Since I selected a queen room, our room faced the freeway. The noise from it was loud and constant. Also, the neighboring restaurant/bar's patrons began a loud fight/argument at 2 in the morning which woke me up and went on for about an hour.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: clear sidewalks and parking lot of snow and ice a bit better
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet. It was so helpful in getting the rest I needed.
Cons: It was difficult to find food delivered to this location. I appreciated the listing of local restaurants but I was too tired to drive and get food so it would be really helpful if there could be connections with local businesses for the hotel to recommend to ordering in food.

7.9 Good
Pros: Everything was fine from room to breakfast. Nothing special, nothing too terribly bad. Good beds.

Pros: Staff gave me just the perfect room. Nice and quiet. Bedding and mattress were wonderful. Would stay here again.
Cons: The room wasn't very clean. The cleaning staff was very loud. I'm thinking they are trying to get people moving and out. My appointment in the morning wasn't till 11:30. So I was wanting a quiet morning. Maybe sleep in for once. But too noisy.

Cons: The bed was way too hard for my taste. I prefer a softer bed. Other people would probably think it is just fine. This is petty maybe, but I didn't like how music was pumped everywhere ...in the Pool room, breakfast area and outside. Hated that a lot.

Pros: Great place to have a long time stopover. Even if I haven’t seen the town, I just landed there midnight and next flight was noon, hotel pub has good burgers and good beer like a quality sports pub, of course.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Attached to airport, when your stranded its beneficial to just walk over if they have rooms available. Private security.

Pros: Beds are very comfortable. Very good welcome!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was neat and clean
Cons: Very difficult to get to if you are not staying because of the airport. Parking was a pain and ridiculously expensive ($29 or $45), Parking staff rude and presumptuous. Food at restaurant way over priced. Would avoid ever staying again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed during the COVID pandemic. Hard to get to in the middle of the night, but would be easy to get to during the day with the tram and signs. LOVED this hotel.
Cons: Hard to get to but airport staff was helpful. It's off the main terminal. If in Terminal 2, it's a bit of a trek.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Booked because it was part of the airport. I was traveling with my elderly mother.
Cons: I did not like that the parking was in a ramp separate to the hotel and we had to walk outside to get into hotel. I just assumed being part of the airport there would be an indoor connection. We also couldn’t walk onto the airport from the hotel. We had to get into a shuttle and driven to airport. It’s not a HUGE deal but If we have to go through all of that just like a “normal” hotel then I would just stay away from the airport and pay less than $28 per day for parking
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to terminal Sadly Covid-19 forced all amenities to be closed.

Pros: The veiw
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view and staff were very nice and very helpful
6.0 Good
Cons: The rooms are usually way too warm with no way to cool down. Summer stays are probably ok, but I will avoid during heating season
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was fantastic! Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a long time!
1.0 Poor
Pros: I wasn't really impressed with anything. The price is too high for what you get. The staff was super extra rude. The room was dirty and out dated. I could've gotten a two room suite with a in-room jacuzzi hot tub for 4 nights at the same rate as this hotel.
Cons: Almost everything was bad.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Booked a king and booking.com gave us 2 queens?
6.0 Good
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised the Hotel did not charge for parking in their Ramp. They also supplied a "pass" ticket to use for any time I needed to leave then return to the ramp. The bed was very comfortable. The Bathroom and facilities were very nice. The Breakfast in their nice restaurant was very good.
Cons: The Hotel and decor was dark, bordering on dreary and depressing, but the weather was a bit gloomy as well. I was disappointed that there was not a pool or jacuzzi. I booked a "Riverview" room for extra $, but when I got to the room...it had a view of a brick wall. Then went back to desk to inquire....they told me it would be $20 more for a room with a Riverview. I hate when that sort of thing happens, especially when it was obvious the hotel was not full.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The restaurant was wonderful. Location was perfect.
Cons: I wasn't able to actually sleep at the hotel. Wall between mine and some late night partiers was thin or non insulated for sound. Was like they were in my room. I could hear and understand multiple conversations. Front desk manager was unsympathetic and straight forward to put blame on me for not calling earlier.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Likes that it was close to excel.
Cons: I paid for a double room and got a king bed. The lady would not change it, not cool when it’s you and your teenage son staying 2 nights. I paid a lot of money and should have got what I booked. My friend who was staying also had a hard time with her room. And she found blood stains on her sheets.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was there for the state boys hockey tournament so the location was great.
Cons: I paid over $100 for parking which is plenty steep. However, I realize that parking during the state tournament is complicated.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to the Xcel Center.
Cons: Paid a little extra for the King Feature room with a river view. I hate to see what the standard room was since this room was barely big enough for the bed and nightstand. Also- the view was of the alley behind the hotel. Not the river.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient Downtown location on Skywalk- close to Xcel Center and great for modern feel. Great food at Citizen Restaurant- and friendly staff. Room had a great view of the Mississippi River.
Cons: No issues.

Cons: Horrible color scheme. No art. No clock. Nothing in room that could be stolen. Felt like a prison with no trust of anyone. Smelled like disinfectant.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Worst experience in my life. Room had blood stains on the wall, bed was ready to fall apart, we arrived at 8:00 pm and left before 10:00 pm after 6 policeman were pounding on door beside us. They laughed as we were leaving stating this was a quiet night!
1.0 Poor
Cons: Well I booked. When I got there they was full. Said y'all always still book. It was late, car broke nd had a 4 yr old nd all our stuff out of car to be told "full". Mind you we was dropped off by a cab. So there goes more moneyfor cab elsewhere. Bad

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Historic and fancy
Cons: Wish they had a pool But not sure how had they retrofit one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were only there for one night but they took care of us
Cons: The extra to pay for parking but the fact that we could get to our car or be taken anywhere we wanted to go was amazing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Always nice to stay at the St. Paul Hotel. Breakfast is a high point!
Cons: I had booked a deluxe double and had confirmation in hand. We were given a room with one King - which would have been awkward for my father in law and me. When I spoke with the man at the front desk about this, he said he would not be able to change rooms for us and suggested that I must have called and changed the reservation from doubles to a king. After a second trip to the desk seeking resolution, he admitted that the error was on the hotel's side and he would pass the issue to his manager. Ultimately this was resolved and we were given the correct room, but this is not what I've come to expect from The St. Paul Hotel in nearly two decades of staying with you.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Thought the fee to park overnight $30 was a bit high for the market (St. Paul) and then not enough staff in AM to get car so we waited about 15 minutes.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The food in the bar was amazing!
Cons: The pillows were very thick and hard. It was hard to stay comfortable throughout the night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Staff was fantastic.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The staff was very helpful and polite.
Cons: Not very many amenities. I would like free breakfast. Access to my vehicle once parked would be nice too.

Pros: Bistro / lobby setting was perfect for today’s traveller. Bistro offerings and open design was appealing and accessible.
Cons: Room design is standard - same ole same ole. Pool was generous and clean - nothing special. Beds were softer than typical :( I awoke every hour... maybe too hot!! If supporting sustainable living set point on Tstat especially in lobby could have been lower.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the location was great

4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was very clean and the breakfast had a good selection.
