Pros. I thought the staff was friendly and responsive. I had no issues with anything while I was there. I have family that live in the area and have stayed many times and never have I had any issues.

Cons. Dining area was crowded and needed more space. There was nowhere to sit so we had to awkwardly carry our food back up to the room. Also, the walls were really thin, could hear anything going on in the hall and in the room across, we were above the lobby and could hear some of what was going on down there as well.
Pros. Continental breakfast was great. Very clean eating area and a good variety.
Cons. Beware of the rooms that are advertised with 1 queen bed. They are offered at a discount because they are the rooms by the elevator shaft. It was a VERY small room. Ok for the price if you are just staying for a quick sleep before you fly out but I know we won't stay again for a weekend visit.
