Pros (+) I thought the staff was friendly and responsive. I had no issues with anything while I was there. I have family that live in the area and have stayed many times and never have I had any issues.

Also, the walls were really thin, could hear anything going on in the hall and in the room across, we were above the lobby and could hear some of what was going on down there as well.
