Both female staff members at the front desk (evening check-in 9/24) and check-out in the early morning (night auditor) on 9/25 were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the gal who drove the airport shuttle was timely and friendly as well.
Pros. Staff was excellent. Check-in was fast. Convenient location to the airport with shuttle and stay & park available. Bistro had a good selection of food. Comfortable clean room.
Cons. Was a bit far from other restaurants but the bistro fit our needs.

Cons. Not at all as described in the web site. The restaurant is only a small bar with mostly sandwiches and microwaved pizza with very limited hours. There aren't any other restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel is isolated. Shuttle waiting time is long to and from the airport. Appointments must be made way in advance. The cost of the hotel stay is not worth it's high charge. It's the simplest of hotels
