Pros. We loved it here! The staff were incredible - so helpful, courteous and always available. Our rooms (ours and the other couple we traveled with) were beautiful, the bathrooms were updated, and the amenities were plentiful. We also got a great rate on a prime parking spot, which is very scarce in Bruges. HIGHLY, highly recommend!
Cons. The only thing we would have changed is that we would have liked a full king (or queen) bed for us as a couple, instead of two twins pushed together. Otherwise, everything was amazing!
