The hotel had a sewer smell coming and going. Wouldn't have booked had known. They had shoe cleaning service but my shoes looked like they hadn't even been touched. Staff was not good at relaying messages to the house keeping or salon. We nice to try and fix the salon and extended problem but other than that. Bad staff communication

Pros: The location is perfect as it is in a lovely part of the city. The hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and very "western" The place is quite elegant and the mineral baths are located in the hotel. The staff was lovely and accomodating.
