Pros. Nothing

Cons. The night attendant Fernando had the worst customer service I️ had ever seen. He was blatantly being rude cursing at guests and ignored me on purpose. There were bugs in the room and the telephone did not work. The hotel also gives you so many hidden fees it’s not worth the money you might as well pay a little more for somewhere way closer to disneyland.

Pros. I didn't have any real complaints. Room was clean(no smells), bed was comfortable(4 pillows queen size), TV was limited but I'm not there to watch TV. Bathroom was clean but had been repaired but that didn't affect it's operation. Location was perfect to visit Knott's Berry Farm(5 minute walk). Free WIFI. Complimentary Breakfast was amazing for the price(waffles, fruit, cereal and much more) seating was ample and staff kept room clean. 1st night gift basket was nice to receive. They also provide in the lobby up to 2 complimentary non alcoholic drinks upon check in. Went swimming after a full day at Knott's pool was clean and warm(Oct 3). They also provide a complimentary shuttle to Knott's and Disneyland for free. Staff was even cleaning outside at 11pm Albert was great working at check in. It's not a 5 star resort and doesn't put itself out there as one, however the price to value was great. I'd stay there again for sure

Cons. Some road noise but they don't control the trucks driving by.

Pros. It's an older hotel with old carpets etc but value wise it was still affordable. The staff were excellent and we liked the full breakfast they serve every morning. We liked that we had a basket of wine, water and snacks waiting in our room for us, made us feel appreciated.

Cons. It is an older hotel and could use repair but all in all we had a good experience.

Pros. They are refurbishing the hotel to make it better. I was welcomed by a friendly host at 1:00 AM. I was given complimentary soda & water for our party. Then upon entering our room, we were greeted with a gift basket of treats. Beds were comfortable and although we were on a busy street, very quiet. Hotel offered complimentary shuttle to dinner shows & amusement parks - saves parking & driving. Nice big kitchen with plates & silverware if you want to eat in room. Full breakfast by the pool was awesome.

Pros. The staff I dealt with were all males and very helpful and apologetic. The breakfast was good with a waffle maker and tables inside or around the pool area.

Cons. Good grief. Probably the worst hotel experience in many, many years for us. The rooms we stayed in did not look anything like the photos shown in advertising. I started on 1st floor one night and then moved to 3rd floor for the rest of the nights. There is an odor that comes from the sink faucet and tub drain that smells like vomit in the drains. Quite bad. I literally went through 16 pillows trying to find one that didn't feel like a lumpy medicine sports ball, and finally gave up. Busy streets and can hear EVERYTHING through your walls. Actually had police show up in parking lot about 3 am for a fight in the parking lot. SHOCKING! Lots of racing cars, honking horns and yelling people in middle of night. The curtains do not cover the windows all the way and the street lights shine through into your rooms ALL NIGHT. Bathtub was shockingly old and gritty gray color, so we used our flip-flops to shower in. This is not like the safe, nice hotels around the immediate Disney area. I recommend bringing personal protection if you are going to sleep here in case you need it during the night.

Pros. Location was okay.

Cons. The hotel is infested with bedbugs. So be aware. They also have an ongoing construction in their parking lot which blocks access from one of the street. They did not let us know before hand or upon arrival. During th check-in, they made us sign 2 pieces of paper but once signed, they refused to provide a copy or to show them again claiming that it is the policy of Hotels.com. They also gave us only one set of breakfast voucher for two nights of stay. Finally, the shower was cold the entire time of our stay and ruined our nights. This place should be avoided.
