Cons (-) We had to go to front desk ever day for new keys, $50 incidental charge but not per night which was good, spa really small.

Cons (-) WiFi was not good. Had difficulty connecting and once connected it was very slooooow. The TV would constantly display a message that it had lost its signal. Very difficult to watch a TV program when you miss 5 second blocks every couple of minutes The alarm clock crackled every time the bed moved. Not a big deal but we were located in the middle of Los Angeles and we had no phone service. There were 12 of us in our group and each with different cell service and nobody had phone connection. Pros (+) I loved the location that was a plus, and the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was ok but i would put more of a variety of food to choose from.
Cons (-) Well our pillows kept disappearing, we stayed 3 nights and started of with 4 pillows on each bead by the 3rd night we only had 2 pillows a bed. Also our bathroom had new towels but they where very dingy
