Pros. Location
Cons. The rooms feel dirty. They haven’t been updated in 20 + years I’m guessing. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. Overall, it just felt dirty.
Pros. Friendly staff, clean room, location.
Cons. We had to go to front desk ever day for new keys, $50 incidental charge but not per night which was good, spa really small.
Pros. Pricing Rooms were very clean Even though we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel it was nice and quiet when we did.
Cons. Unless I didn't read the fine print but their $100 deposit was a surprise.
Pros. The price was good. We needed a place to stay while our house was being tented for termites. I made the reservation but when my wife tried to check in during the day (I was still at work) they wouldn't let her because she didn't make the reservation. We have the same last name and she has the same credit card that I used on the reservation and they still wouldn't let her check in. She sat in the lobby for 2 hours until I could get off work and get to the hotel.
Cons. WiFi was not good. Had difficulty connecting and once connected it was very slooooow. The TV would constantly display a message that it had lost its signal. Very difficult to watch a TV program when you miss 5 second blocks every couple of minutes The alarm clock crackled every time the bed moved. Found out after the first night that bed was pressing on the plug in the outlet.
Pros. I liked that the beds were comfortable and very clean.
Cons. There was almost no wifi service. We were towards the back, far away from the front desk and the wifi can't reach that far so there was no wifi service for us. Not a big deal but we were located in the middle of Los Angeles and we had no phone service. There were 12 of us in our group and each with different cell service and nobody had phone connection. We could make calls but no data for internet. It was very frustrating since some of us had work to do.
Pros. Service: Excellent. They let us check in a full hour early which was lovely because we were exhausted. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Rooms: Clean. Nothing fancy, but for $40 a night we got more than we paid for. Plus free WiFi! I've paid more for hotel and was still expected to pay for internet access. The mini fridge was bigger than expected and clean as well. I didnt use the microwave but it looked as if it was in good order. Breakfast: Pretty darn good for being free! They had waffles but I'm a cereal person. The coffee was tasty! Pool & Hot Tub: Also clean and well maintained! Overall: I couldn't be happier. This was a very nice place for the price and the service was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about it.
Pros. I loved the location that was a plus, and the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was ok but i would put more of a variety of food to choose from.
Cons. Well our pillows kept disappearing, we stayed 3 nights and started of with 4 pillows on each bead by the 3rd night we only had 2 pillows a bed. Also our bathroom had new towels but they where very dingy
Pros. Nice big room with great facilities, wifi, water machine in the lobby. Good tv. Big king size bed. Having a microwave and refrigerator was great.
Cons. Could not change the input of the TV with the remote to hook up my laptop. But I could do it on the TV set. Rooms are a bit older, up keep was decent though. Location had very little in easy walking distance. Everything accessanle by car. But hey, that's LA.

Near Theme-Parks, Theatre-Dinner-Shows, reasonable & kind-hospitable-restaurants like Sizzler & 24Hr.-NORMS, Target-store OPEN late by Beach Blvd. & if that's taken South that street goes 2 Beaches @ Pacific Ocean & Coast Highway (a LOVEly-Drive)!
Cons. Somex daily rates can b high depending on Corporate HQ & how high the occupancy. Wish complimentary Breakfast lasted til 10am like some hotels. It is an older hotel/Inn w/noisy AC, but it is well kept up & HoJo hotels been since 1925!! Views r of business-bldgs. & Storage.
Cons. i was told you could check in @ anytime but when i got there check in was @ 3pm. The man @ the front desk was very rude
