My go to hotel when in BA. If you return then you’ll know if you’re reading this that everything is perfect Superb staff - ALL of them
Location and very clean, helpful staff at reception.
Noisy in the morning quite early with construction work outside (nothing hotel can do obviously) but also with staff being quite noisy cleaning and moving around outside our rooms, banging vacuum cleaners against door/walls etc. We’d had a long flight and wanted to sleep in but by 9.30am, noise was too much.
Breakfast superb and the lady that manages it and does the eggs is lovely. Eggs are done at your request and in the style you want. Rooms are good, some occasional noise from others although not a big deal as minimal and to be expected, as boutique hotels are often converted houses. Staff are AWESOME, ALL of them - lovely, so helpful and genuine. Location and value for £££ is best, this is THE district for Buenos Aeries.
Jacuzzi was slightly dirty and needed water change or clean.
A nice stay in this hotel. The staff is very convenient and helpful. I really recommend this hotel.
Warmer heating wiuld be great!
This wasn’t on the main streets of Palermo but was still a handy location and Uber’s are so affordable that it’s easy to get around. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the fresh made breakfast omelette. The price was probably ok for the area.
There was no noise insulation for the room - our bathroom faced the inside atrium and the wall was frosted glass so we could see light from the hall at night and hear the noises and echo from people in the hallway. The main door doesn’t seal well, so we woke up to the noise of people coming & going.
