Good value...dissappointing details
Pros: Good value and location. Modern home.
Cons: No hand towels. Coffee filters didn't match machine, so it wouldn't drip, big mess. Cheap folding chairs in kitchen. Ash tray/table dirty and close to AC unit and entry doors. No notice of no breakfast on Kayak posting. I kept smelling mold in bathroom...looked clean though. "Whistler room".

Pros: it's very clean. There's a full kitchen to use. Often there are not a lot of useful kitchen appliances, but I didn't cook so I can't remember if there were a lot of useful cooking tools. It's a quiet area in the neighbourhood. The people that communicate well, which seams like it means clear text messages, but there isn't much or any face to face contact.
Cons: Like most B&B's in Vancouver, the breakfast isn't included. Tea and coffee doesn't meet my standards, but I have high standards. Personally, B&B's aren't for me. I prefer ones that feel homey, offer great food, more personable. If someone is going just to stay over night for bustiness reasons and needs a good sleep, it's perfect. If you're expecting an 'experience', I guess that's not what they are.
