Pros: Loved the Element, so nice-great view, friendly staff, clean, and relaxing! Perfect.
Cons: The location was not my favorite but it was not a bad area, I just prefer further North or West, but for Metro Vancouver it was very nice.
Pros: Excellent customer service...very clean rooms with great amenities. The continental breakfast are great. Pancakes are delicious. They even put out a water dish for dogs by the entrance. The white sangria from the bar was the best I've every had.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: i don't have to stay here again?
Cons: The Address we were given was wrong, as a result spent a good 30 min driving around the block looking for it.
it isn't a dedicated hotel instead it shares a building with residence.
lack of parking was a major issue
the bathroom shower curtain was too short by about 2 feet as a result we had water into the room.

Pros: Pleasantly soft bed. They are obsessed with water it seamed. Almost got a six pack of bottled water at check in and looking around they offered infused chilled water at water stations.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say, I really enjoyed my stay
Pros: Awesome stay. Great staff and very helpful in every ways.
Thanks Keisha/Pauline :)
Pros: Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room nicely appointed. Great value. We would stay there again.

Cons: They use some perfume that doesn't go away. Heat adds up. Internet sucks.
Pros: Room was clean, nothing fancy but fine and exactly what I expected for the money. No problem parking. I'd go there again.
Cons: Not much close by if you're on foot, but luckily I wasn't.
Check out was at 11:00. Went to the attached restaurant at 10:00. Food was good but service was very slow. Took an hour to get out of the restaurant. Got back to my room at 11:02 and found that my key had been deactivated. Had to go downstairs and get the front desk to reactivate my key so I could get my stuff and check out. Basically, breakfast for one and checkout took an hour and a half and put me behind schedule all day.
Pros: The price.
Cons: The wifi is slow.
Pros: This is by far the best handicapped accessible room I have ever been in . Room very easily navigated with wheelchair . Bathroom is
Wonderful ! Raised seat on toilet could be a little higher but works okay as is. Shower is to dream about , bars properly placed ,
You can walk into the shower without lifting your foot more than an inch. Sink allows wheelchair to fit underneath . All other motels should use this as a template .
Staff were pleasant , service excellent , a most enjoyable experience . Oh yes, and the adjoining restaurant had great food , cheerful
Pros: It was very quiet and the room was clean and inviting.
Cons: TV listings are very slow and you have no information about the shows. Having time between appointments is not a time to waste looking for a news channel.
Cons: Price was high for quality
Accent Inns Burnaby puts you within a 15-minute drive of Pacific Coliseum and Metropolis at Metrotown. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Ricky's Country, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A spa tub and a sauna are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Location to mall and hot breakfast and free parking
Pros: We had a great time. Thanks to Myra at Front desk for being courteous and very helpful.
Pros: The proximity to the mall. Close to the Skytrain station. Breakfast was convenient.
Cons: I didn't like that the fact I was booking in American dollars wasn't glaringly apparent when I went to book. I paid an extra 35% Canadian $ to stay in a Canadian hotel. It wasn't such a bargain then. The government rate was just as good and I would have paid Canadian.
Pros: One thing i liked about this hotel is that it is close to the Metrotown mall and busloop and skytrain. The staff were awesome!
Cons: I just didn't like that sometimes keys are not working on the elevator &/or on the door.

Pros: Kayak messed up my booking, they booked me in a fully booked hotel
Pros: The hotel is in a nice location. It was very easy to get to and from Vancouver via the Skytrain. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Cons: No real concerns.
Pros: Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Parking garage is very awkward and confusing. The parking spaces are small and narrow.
Pros: Quiet at night
Cons: Room was very stuffy and AC machine was very loud, even in the low setting. We expected complimentary slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush considering the Hilton is a higher end hotel. But no.. And no complimentary water. These small things go a long way and it's ridiculous that we would have to pay $12 to stay at a hotel. Really unimpressed with the Hilton
Pros: Private entrance parking

Cons: No hand towels. Coffee filters didn't match machine, so it wouldn't drip, big mess. Cheap folding chairs in kitchen. Ash tray/table dirty and close to AC unit and entry doors. No notice of no breakfast on Kayak posting.
I kept smelling mold in bathroom...looked clean though. "Whistler room".
Pros: it's very clean. There's a full kitchen to use. Often there are not a lot of useful kitchen appliances, but I didn't cook so I can't remember if there were a lot of useful cooking tools. It's a quiet area in the neighbourhood. The people that communicate well, which seams like it means clear text messages, but there isn't much or any face to face contact.
Cons: Like most B&B's in Vancouver, the breakfast isn't included. Tea and coffee doesn't meet my standards, but I have high standards. Personally, B&B's aren't for me. I prefer ones that feel homey, offer great food, more personable. If someone is going just to stay over night for bustiness reasons and needs a good sleep, it's perfect. If you're expecting an 'experience', I guess that's not what they are.

Pros: Location was close to restaurants and shops on the kingsway. Pool and pool area was nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was small but clean with all essentials. Fine hotel for one night.
Cons: Entrance to room was outdooors- motel style. Fridge was crazy loud. Like insane.
Pros: Staff and room, very accommodating for acccessability early and late checkout. Breakfast selection was good and staff in breakfast very pleasant and helpful Will definitely stay there for my upcoming stays.
Cons: All was good, no concerns.
Pros: The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful.Breakfast was nice but not as nice as the breakfast at the BW we stayed at in the Abbotsford area.
Cons: Our room was very poorly designed. The door to the tub and toilet room opened onto the sink area and so did the only closet door. There was hardly any room to move even with only two people in the room. The exterior stairs are run down.
Pros: Location was alright
Cons: Hair in bed (the hair was not mine. This means the room was not sufficiently cleaned)
Pros: It's always clean and it's in a good location. The skytrain is just down the street at metrotown and it is easy to get to the transcanada hwy and The lougheed hwy
Pros: Good location, nice rooms, excellent breakfast.
Pros: Very good continental breakfast, very clean, good selection. Great location to shopping, transit and free access to Steve Nash workout centre.
Cons: Well this is Vancouver, after all, but very busy street ..especially getting out on Kingsway. Not a deal breaker, but you are going to wait to pull coming and going.
Pros: The room was small but nicely renovated and well set up.
Cons: Lots of construction made it difficult to access some of the amenities. Being on the second floor was great noise wise but made hauling luggage up and down the stairs a little less than desirable.
Cons: Arrogant staff at check in Air conditioning very noisy and hard to adjust. Major construction work with limited access to parkink lot not recommended
Pros: Newly remodeled hotel, everything is sparking clean. Still in the construction mode.
Cons: Construction materials on site created limited parking spaces.
Pros: Wonderfully large rooms with kitchenette in it.
Cons: Website talks about being pet friendly but no mention of the 15$ cleaning fee. The amount isn't the issue just would have like to have seen it prior to checking in.
Pros: Please let people know if hotel is under construction
Cons: Under construction ? Wats going on Should told us Mud, sand, and construction material around

Pros: Comfortable bed, very quiet hotel, no traffic noise that we could hear at night.
Cons: Overall it is a good place to stay.
Cons: Made the reservation. One hour later had my meetings changed. They would not allow me to change it by one night. Called the manager and left messages, no one would even return my call.
Pros: We were able to have guests in our room and not have to sit on the bed to visit. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Cons: We were NOT told at check in that we could get a $2.00 discount on the breakfast at that time. The waiter told us as we were getting our bill but there was no discount granted then. We found the restaurant to be very expensive.
I like the staff. They are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was not included with the price of our room. We have to go out to find our own food. The restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive for the quality and quantity of food ordered. We decided not to go back there for another meal. Slow service too.
Pros: We stayed here for our trip to Mt Seymour. We got in at dinner time and there is a cactus club and Boston pizza right in front of the hotel. Also a tim hortons for our early morning drive to the mouton :) Our room was awsome for the price :)
Pros: Great for a family and the suite they put us in was very great. The sofa bed was separate from the main bedroom and so people who want privacy could stay there. It fit us very well. A little bar sink and full frig was excellent . Staff was highly accommodating and the girl at the front counter multitasked like you wouldn't believe. A great stay.
Pros: Proximity to skytrain
Cons: Toilet float assembly not working, running too long, wasting water, sink stopper didn't work at all (pulled lever right out of the back when I pulled it up to fill the sink). There has to be minimal, if any, sound deadening between floors, I stayed at this hotel years ago on a fairly regular basis and would not stay there again.
Pros: Rooms were a decent size
Cons: Not very organized didn't have reservation. Once they found it was ok
Cons: Bath tub was gross, building was old, no tv in seating area
Cons: The place is tired and the staff - well . English is not their first language. The A/C was off most of the time so it was sticky from the time you entered the worn out elevator till you get into your 20 year old room. The 12 year old TV'S are the newest part of your stay.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: No coffee in room
TV remote not working
beverage containers left on hallway window sills
stairwells were in need of cleaning and painting
Pros: the complimentary massage
Cons: VERY difficult to get from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the cruiseline. When we asked for help, the staff did not offer assistance other than to say "I don't know".

Cons: Kitchenette was very small
LAKE CITY INN & SUITES is 3 star Hotel located Other, Vancouver (BC). This Hotel has about 48 rooms.
Pros: The hotel was in a good location as far as access to main streets and freeways. Restaurants and gas stations were close by and within walking distance. The back rooms were quiet with no street noice. Wi-Fi was available with a good connection.Big TV with good reception and cable channels.Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. Coffee was available at the front desk but only after 8:00 am.
Cons: The NEW 401 Inn wasn't so new. This is an old hotel with old furniture, light fixtures and beds. Bed spreads had visible burn holes and I had them replaced immediately. The replacements had burn holes also. It's been a long time since I'visited seen flat sheets on the bottom of the mattress instead of fitted sheets. The room needed a good cleaning-- walls washed and Windows cleaned. The room did not have any carpeting and I had to ask the front desk to tell the maid to wash the floor. I could see it was dirty. The bathroom door and wall next to the door showed finger prints and dirt from constantly being touched. I had to clean the door and wall myself so I didn't have to look at other people's finger prints.. We asked to have the shower head changed, which they did. My husband had to secure the toilet seat because it was loose. This hotel is okay for someone who can not afford the high priced hotels in this city and does not expect top quality lodgong.
Pros: staff was pleasant
Cons: paid for mtn view, given room with no view. had to ask to switch, and point out i paid for view.
not close to much.
sliding door to outside will not close/lock.
dirty glass in wrapper.
freezer full of frost in fridge
also noisy from adjoining rooms
housekeeping tried to come thru at 9am
missing light in bathroom

Cons: The A/C should have been better. We don't get that hot of days in the lower mainland and the room was hotter than outside and very stuffy! Had trouble sleeping from the heat.
Pros: I like that hotel, but I booked 7rooms. They gave me 6rooms first day.
Cons: You have be careful
