Hound Hotel Seomyeon-Beomcheon

The staff was wonderful. The place was amazing. Fantastic staff, convenient location for accessing Seomyeon Downtown. The rooms were adequately spacious, the decor beautiful and sufficient entertainment. Highly recommend this hotel. They even gave us a free upgrade to our room. Staff is excellent and the room has everything you need.

Thank goodness we only stayed the one night. Bed sheet had stains, plastic below bed sheet kept rustling through the night with each flip and not to mention, made the sleep extremely warm and uncomfortable. Lights were too dim and the one along the doorway kept flickering. The room we stayed in had a single window facing a narrow alley way that was facing directly into another brick wall but we could smell the smoke from people smoking cigarettes in the alley way below. Tiles were cracked in the bathroom and there was only a basic shower curtain while we stood in the bathtub to shower. The photos listed are definitely not representative of this Hound Hotel. AVOID, very dirty. Boogers on walls and counters, stained sheets, hair everywhere. Holes in wall and the biggest safety issue, Door can be opened without key with a very light tug. Black mold and mildew everywhere too. Avoid this place if you value your safety and money. Bathroom and shower doors are transparent with middle section frosted, less privacy if you're with friends or coworkers, fine for family/couples. No breakfast is served since COVID-19. The hotel could use a makeover. Dark room with no sunlight. It was okay clean but could need a renovation. The hallway was old and looked dirty. The room was small the same size as a motel, not double as said on booking. Com, it was kinda dirty and too much squeezed, dim lights you can't even do your make up well. The doors of the bathroom are too see-through. The towels were really small.
