Cons (-) Room 1013 needs a fix on the toilet which flushed and splashed water and gets the toilet seat wet. The overall facilities at the hotel are not nearly as good as other courtyards I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at plenty. No real good place to get comfortable in the lobby. Also the restaurant in the hotel is not very good.
Pros (+) The front desk staff looked like they wanted to be there!!!!!!!!!!! and Sandra L. is amazing at what she does and i hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears!

Pros (+) The hotel was incredibly clean. The fitness center had all we needed. The staff was welcoming, friendly, nice, helpful and very funny. This was a five plus star place for a cheap affordable price. We LOVED this place and we would stay at this hotel again.
