Great restaurants in Hotel.
Hotel vibe and decoration
Unpersonal chck-out process
Quiet, clean. Good location. Nice restaurants. Great gym.
Beds were very soft—hard to sleep. Staff was not exactly consumer-friendly. They were “officially” pleasant but not helpful. Eg. I was initially told that I could extend my stay in the same room as it wasn’t booked. After I booked a room online (at their request) I was told I’d have to pay $50 more to extend my stay in the same room even though it was going to be empty. (Our room had two beds vs one king). So we would have had to pack everything up and move for one night—why? They called back and agreed to let us stay in the room we had but it made for a frustrating experience. Why charge more for same room with different numbers of beds if they are all empty?
The bed! The TV in toilet!
Location is good, close to the red line, 10 min with underground to Boston city center. Breakfast was good but it was not not included into the room rate, free coffee is provided in the restaurant for the guests, but we were not informed about this.
The personnel on the reception and portier could be a bit more friendly and helpful.
