Located in Howrah, Oceana B&B is in the suburbs, within a 15-minute drive of Blundstone Arena and Franklin Wharf. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Clean and tidy great location great owners
Pros: Great location, and our hosts were extremely helpful, providing us with information on the local sights. As we had to leave early in the morning, they packed a wonderful takeaway breakfast.
Pros: Modern accommodation. Very lovely hosts who even shared some cake with us
Pros: Breakfasts were beautifully presented, varied and ample! The views were fantastic as was the bathroom. Spotlessly clean, top of the range toiletries provided and a good roomy shower. Towels were soft and dried well. There were lots of little extras not normally supplied in a B&B. eg sewing supplies, picnic basket and blanket, among others. Good reading lights and plenty of warm bed clothes.
Cons: The only thing that occurred to me was that a hook or two on the bathroom wall would have been useful for hanging clothes on.
Pros: Attentive hosts. Very comfortable bed and great views.
Pros: Very clean, great location and beautiful breakfast
Pros: Friendly welcoming hosts, and impeccably clean room and bathroom.
Pros: Wonderful attention to detail & very helpful 10 out of 10 thank you Michael & Diane
Pros: The views from the room are amazing. The room itself is a comfortable size, comfy bed, great en-suite and walk in robe and breakfast was great. Michael and Diane were the most lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Definitely be going back!
Boasting a garden, Panorama on Sorell B&B features accommodation in Sorell with free WiFi and garden views. The bed and breakfast has river views and is 13 km from Richmond. This bed and breakfast comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a kitchen with a microwave. Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy a continental breakfast. Hobart is 27 km from Panorama on Sorell B&B, while Margate is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Hobart International Airport, 12 km from the accommodation.
Pros: Loads of little extras - range of teas, coffees, spreads. Lovely wood fire with plenty of wood provided. And comfy couches to curl up on. Many books and videos for longer stays (I swapped a book). Nice view across to the bridge. Very friendly owner.
Cons: We suggest a more efficient heater for the bedroom - perhaps a column in lieu of the radiant. Shower was well equipped but may be a little tight for larger people.
Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable, it seems larger than the 30 meter-square stated in the description. The kitchen was minimally equipped just as it looked in the photographs.
Cons: Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were hairs on top of the toilet cistern and a layer of dust on both of the white bedside tables. More attentiveness from the host would have spotted the deficiency of the cleaning staff. The breakfast described as fabulous was way over-stating, you really get what you see as in the picture.
Pros: great place to stay. Great view over the water. Handy to Hobart. Lots of room to spread out. Perfect wood fire
Pros: It’s not a bad place to stay, clean and comfortable
Cons: It took us a little while to locate the place after dark due to the property is located on the corner of two street.
Pros: The view was outstanding and the room was well furnished and spacious.
Cons: The WiFi didn't work. However the owner allowed us to access their personal WiFi after much back and forth.
Pros: The breakfast was basic but good
Cons: A selection of different bread, eg raisin toast
Pros: We had such a wonderful stay here! Would recommend this B&B to those looking for a home away from home while visiting the beautiful area not far from Hobart. John & Melana (sp?) are super host & hostess - we want to live to their neighborhood!
Pros: Cosy with all the amenities. Sufficient heating considering how cold it was outside and fireplace was a welcome
Pros: Very hospitable hosts who really take care of their guests' comfort. A cozy room with a lovely fireplace that made it nice and warm; very fluffy towels. A superior view from the room over Hobart and the Derwent river. There was a problem with guest Wi-Fi so the hosts gave us Internet access via their personal network instead.
Cons: The breakfast is very basic so it's worth buying something (yogurt, more bread) in the supermarket nearby.
Pros: Very lovely hosts, made you feel very much at home and a lovely comfy bed
With a stay at Blue Bell Inn in Sorell, you'll be in the historical district, within a 15-minute drive of Seven Mile Beach and St George's Anglican Church. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: It is a historic building so you hear everything inside and outside. Trash pickup came early driving back and forth
Pros: Location was great. Historic building with lots of character
Pros: Fabulous! Beautiful heritage listed B&B, old world charm. Close to airport and on road to Port Arthur. Excellent service by owner couple Sandee and Brian!
Pros: We liked the lovely old building and the hosts were great
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
Pros: Staff excellent.
Cons: Dilapidated , old and minimal breakfast in a box
Pros: Beautiful old heritage house full of character. Delicious breakfast which catered for my Coeliac needs!
Pros: Amazing property and house, the room was perfect and staff super friendly. Suprised by the wonderful breakfast
Pros: Very nice historic building Breakfast was fine and plentiful, very close to the Hotel and shops
Cons: Seating and a small coffee table, Larger heater in the main room
Pros: Location worked well for us. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The breakfast was basic and in winter a cooked breakfast would be good.
Cons: The property was cold in the common/shared areas including the breakfast room and the lounge, but there were heaters in the room which kept it comfortable. There needed to be an electric jug in the room to make hot tea, the coffee maker provided only dispensed hottish rather than boiling water so had to go downstairs to microwave the water. A shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.
With a stay at this cabin in Mount Rumney, you'll be 3.4 mi (5.5 km) from Seven Mile Beach and 9.2 mi (14.8 km) from Hobart Aquatic Centre.
Pros: Hosts were helpful and accommodating to our needs, the quiet setting was great, and the cabin was roomy, comfortable and clean.
Cons: Nothing, as it was pretty much what we expected. The area around the cabin was very bare and utilitarian like a farm outbuilding but I didn’t mind as I was a farmer in decades past.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: I didn't like the BBQ facitilies, dirty and a very old BBQ, the view was not as expected ( website gives a different view), we looked at some clay pipes, also there is a pallet as the front door which I feel is unsafe, not covering over the entry slide doors which is not good if it rains.
Pros: Taking 3 children on holidays it’s easy, but staying on a farm stay was great. The kids got to feed the chickens and horses and play with the dogs. The holiday house was warm and welcoming.
Cons: Nothing not to like about.
Pros: Loved the location, kids loved it, great price loved the cabin
Cons: Just bit cold at night.
Pros: I loved everything about this place, it was warm, spotless clean and Clarissa was just amazing.
Cons: Nothing it was amazing, do yourself a favour and book this place
Pros: Good kitchen facilities, comfortable large bed, quiet location and plenty of wildlife to watch
Cons: A little more remote than we expected. Unfortunately the internet was not available that night, but not a major issue for just one night. A tumble dryer would have been useful.
Pros: The horses, wallabies, rooster that came outside our gate every morning. My kids love to feed the horses, rooster & hens, etc. Lower price as compare to Hobart's accommodations. It was not a real farm stay but they have quite a number of different animals e.g. goat, chicken, birds in the cage, etc. Washing machine is there for laundry washing (short of cloth peg to hang it outside). Quiet and isolated place to stay on a mountain.
Cons: The storage of tractors, crashed car, etc. was just above the land area where we were staying (destroyed the farm/mountain scenery and ambience). Up the hill, you will be having the water views but the path was full of manures & blocked by trees. There was a leftover roasted chicken carcass in the fridge when we checked in :(. A blunt kitchen knife (the main one), we had to rely on the steak knives instead. No manual on how to adjust the microwave power.
Pros: Great little place to stay. Basic facilities but everything you need is there. Our family of 6 was comfy in the little cabin. Kitchen has everything you need to self cater. Lots of nice little bonuses we dont always get when staying in budget accomodation such as a washing machine, iron, clothes hangers, free wifi and netflix. Room was clean and although left to ourselves the owners were easy to reach. Kids loved seeing the horses, sheep and chickens. Being a working farm it has equipment every where but we are under no grand delusions that it should be pristine. Great view from the main house. Very peaceful and quiet. We will be making it our regular base when we visit the southern part of the state from now on.
Cons: Would be good to have a nicer outdoor sitting area but we weren't around too much to miss it. Other than that it was great for the price
Pros: It was simple and good value for money, nice and clean. The children loved seeing the animals and feeding the horses. It was lovely to watch the wallabies on the property at dusk. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and we had everything we needed.
Pros: hospitality, the owner gave us fresh eggs from theirchickens! friendly animalsmy kids loved!

Pros: The room was very clean and well set out. Beds were comfy and nice big bathroom
Pros: Comfy beds and big bathroom
Cons: WiFi not working first night. None of the staff seemed to know what was going on, too busy and not that helpful. 2nd night it would connect but slow.

Pros: Definitely will be staying here again.
Cons: Great location, very relaxing and awesome room. Beautiful meal at the bistro, great value for money.
Pros: Plenty of parking and tavern.
Pros: It’s a great location, a beautiful area. Spacious room, clean and really comfortable. A great restaurant and bar on site. Friendly staff.
Pros: Comfortable bed and room was very clean.
Cons: Food quality from resturant !" steak very avarage"
Pros: Location was perfect for the airport and my work needs
Cons: No Wifi connection which wouldn’t be so bad but travelling independently makes it lonely with music or Netflix.

Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Event facilities at this hotel consist of a conference center and a meeting room. Pros: As we had to return a hire car at the airport as well as fly out the next morning, the location was perfect, literally 5 minutes drive from the airport. Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: People wanting to smoke were standing on the emergency exit landing next to our room, the exit door was next to the door to our room, and this was very noisy, which made for a poor sleep. There is a designated area for smokers...
Pros: Breakfast was a bit let down with food selections.
Cons: booking request was answered 2 days after i checked out
Pros: Close to the airport Very clean Great water pressure The meals at the restaurant were good value for money. The one staff member at the restaurant was exceptional, he was run off his feet, but was so obliging.
Cons: Had to wait at reception for a staff member for over 10 mins.
Pros: Check in was great and organized us a taxi which was great. The room was great and very clean. Hats of to the cleaning staff top job. Will definitely be back to stay
Pros: What i like most was the customer service and airport transfer. Thanks Abbey your are a stand out employee.
Cons: Its not that anything was bad. Because of the location the hotel doesnt have many facilities.
Pros: Clean comfortable and quiet
Pros: The room was big bed was nice
Cons: The plug for the bath was the wrong size
Pros: Convenience to the airport
Pros: Close to our appointment
Cons: Although a conformation was sent stating that our requirements had been met , they weren't. No extra coffee and milk , staff were rude and abrupt , we were put on the 2nd floor when we had conformation of a ground for room and we ate out as the prices in the restaurant where rediculously high.
Pros: Room good size.
Cons: Needed to supply a hand towel. Have having to pay for parking.

Pros: Big room and bed
Cons: Hard to find without GPS No face cloth or hand towel. Mugs for hot drink would have been better than cups.
Pros: breakfast not part of this motel
Pros: It was will signed. Walking distance to the shopping centre and Bellevie Oval . It was clean, tidy and comfortable with very little noise.
Pros: The location was very handy
Cons: The room was freezing cold. The AC couldn't keep the room warm. Due to lack of insulation in the walls.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and very helpful
Cons: no face washers or hand towels Slightly outdated No fan in bathroom
Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: It’s location
Pros: Location to airport
Pros: Required a "value for money" overnight stay close to Blundstone arena. Ideal
Cons: Have stayed before. No complaints
Pros: The heat pump was above the bed. Enough blankets.
Cons: The ajoining door between rooms. The tv being around the corner from the bed so you couldn't see it from the bed
Pros: the location, comfy bed,the staffs, tea and coffee, toaster and microwave its all make things much easy .
