The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, thorough, warm, and welcoming. The service we received was the best we’ve had. Both of our butlers were exceptional. This was the most relaxed I’ve felt in a very long time. Additionally, the property itself is impeccable.
There were times when we felt *too* catered to. We turned on the do not disturb a couple of times, but that didn’t stop staff from ringing the room and seeing if we needed anything. I had an allergy flare up one day that left me mostly bedridden, but I kept having to get up and tell housekeeping and other staff that I was trying to sleep.

This is an amazing hotel. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is clear that much thought was spent on anticipating visitors comfort and pleasure. We would definitely come back if we can afford such a visit again.

The staff went beyond to make me feel Comfortable. Even st the buffet they carried your plates. Beautiful property and very relaxing
The staff reserves some loungers for platinum members. I would have like to known that before booking. They don’t have very many activities or staff entering entertainment. Even for the morning yoga you are supposed to sign up. The played New Age music( music that plays in lobby’s) all day and could have easily played so pop music

Really lovely…
Really lovely resort. We’ve been coming to Cancun for many years, but this is our first time staying at an all-inclusive. The blog does a terrific job. The food was plentiful and very good, and varied among five restaurants. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area are clean and very nice. The fitness center and spa were first class.
Our suite was great, with big sliding doors opening to the beach and ocean. The only thing disappointing, was that it didn’t include a balcony to sit and relax with a drink at the end of the day. This was an architectural mistake. Also, the hotels surrounding Le Blanc are not as high-end as those surrounding our previous hotel, the JW Marriott. Not a big deal, but noticeable when going for a walk on the beach.

Nestled on a white sand beach, Le Blanc Spa Resort is an award-winning adults-only resort that offers lavish accommodations and multiple pools. It boasts 260 spacious luxury guest rooms. Each room features flat-screen TVs, minibars, coffee facilities, iPod docs, in-room safes, as well as free internet access. Guest rooms also fitted with climate control devices, and many offer balconies with scenic views of the ocean.
Five restaurants and two bars provide a variety of on-site dining options for visitors. Guests can indulge in a French-inspired dining experience at LUMIERE, enjoy some Italian cuisine at BLANCITALIA, or take a culinary tour through the orient at BLANCASIA. The dining experience also includes breakfast and lunch buffet options, accompanied by views of the ocean.
Beach side activities at the resort include snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, and jet boat rides. Le Blanc Spa Resort also provides tour packages to archeological Mayan sites. At night, the resort offers different entertainment options, including a casino night, magic shows, circus performances, and a tango night. The onsite spa boasts multiple treatment rooms, including options for couples, as well as saunas, hydrotherapy facilities, and Thai massages. Pilates and yoga classes are also available.
Situated minutes from downtown Cancun and only a 30-minute drive from Cancun international airport, Le Blanc Spa Resort provides easy access to many of the local attractions. It is within a 15-minute walk from multiple beaches, including Forum, Chac Mool, and Gaviota Azul Beach. It is also less than a half-hour's walk to the Tequila Museum, Plaza Caracol Mall, and La Isla Shopping Mall.
