The car was clean and in great running condition.

When I booked this vehicle, I had set the pickup location to RSW Airport. The car was a 28 minute uber away from the airport, which cost me additional money. When I asked if I could return it to the airport, they said no. This required us to leave the hotel an hour earlier to get the car dropped off and get a ride to the airport before we left. The staff at Enterprise wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. I don't generally write bad reviews, but it was very irritating that I booked a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and was not informed that the location that they reserved was not at the airport. I put that fault on KAYAK and not Enterprise.

The manager was great. However, it does not matter how great the manager is if the company does not care about their employees or customers.
Cons:
To start, you should have the car that was reserved. Secondly, you make the customer go through all the trouble of getting the car in Cape Coral after you overcharge for the same car that I could have rented outside in Fort Myers. Thanks to the manager, my trip was not ruined not that you really care. The biggest problem is that there is no accountability with companies anymore.
Everything nice but manager at Cape Coral was not polite. We arrived 25 minutes before our appointment. Waited in line and was called to the counter by nice lady ( our place in line). When she started with us a man behind us was 1 1/2 late for his pick up and the manager told the lady not to help us but help the man behind us. So another 20 minute wait putting us behind schedule. I said to her that she should have asked us if he could go ahead and she said that policy is to help the earliest reservations first even if they were late.

Overcharged. Had to call Avis customer service to get a refund. This is a franchise that is unable to deal with customer service issues.

Wasn’t sure I wanted the truck that was offered for my long trip, but that seemed to be my best choice of the options available. However, the Dodge Ram Rebel pick up performed admirably for the 1200 mile trip.
The lady said I could drop off my car at Orlando Sanford airport then when I called to tell them what lot they said I had to drive it to their lot which is 30 mins away from the airport and the charged me $310 to pick it up with their tow truck
