The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing!!!
Pros (+) Staff was courteous and helpful. Due COVID-19 they have a brown bag breakfast that had a little bit of everything you could want. It more than met our expectations.
Cons (-) Next time we will ask for a room on the front or inside. Their is a shopping center on the north side where several trucks had an early morning load or unload around 6:00 AM. We are not earlier risers so this was somewhat of an annoyance.

Pros (+) We took our daughter to UCSC and spent several nights at this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very accommodating and professional. Although there is a best Western closer to UCSC we would stay at this one again. There is ample parking. It is in a nice area with lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.
