The cancelation could have been much easier. I will not rent online again. There were too many fingers in the reservation which in turn made the return way more complicated than it should've been.6.0 Okay

Kayak reservation said pickup was at 12 noon. When I got to Enterprise on the pike, they closed AT noon. I could not rent, and had to ask for lifts, and all of my plans went out the window. I will not be using Kayak again.10.0 Wonderful
