Staff was very clear about directions with the car use and drop off, pick up and drop off were easy.Cons:
This Enterprise seemed understaffed both at pickup and drop off, phones ringing and people waiting in line. The staff were efficient but I think they could use more people on the floor to help customers more quickly.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Upon arrival, found out we received a free upgrade due to no 'economy' cars being on the lot. Perfect! Ross, our agent, was very friendly, asked if we had any questions or concerns & even got my husband to put the extra 'insurance' on the car just in case. Very friendly & fast service for sure!Cons:

The longview location is dirty and off putting. Will never rent from there again. The car itself was just ok. We used it for a cross country road trip and it was pretty uncomfortable. We found a precious passengers lease agreement in the glove box, so not a very thorough clean. The fees that Hertz charges is absurd. I typically use Enterprise but Hertz was cheaper for this specific trip. Won’t make that mistake again. Too many hidden fees. $6.95 per toll fee on top of the toll itself....Enterprise charges no extra fee. $9.99 per gallon for gas is absurd. Enterprise something like $3 per gallon. Car was dirty inside and out. Some weird sticker residue on all the doors. Looks like a drink exploded inside the car. On headliner, steering wheel buttons were sticky and difficult to push.Avis
