I stayed in the executive suite for one night. Service was excellent. Sheets were clean. For a five star hotel and paying high rates for this room, I was not too happy to find stains in the bathroom. It seemed as if someone had just quickly wiped the bathrooms with a dirty damp rag. As far as food, breakfast was in a lounge exclusive for that floor. Very courteous staff working there. Afternoon cocktails also available there. No free internet. It should be mandatory at all hotels. Over-all I would recommend staying here if your willing to pay these rates.
Following both picks and description, we chose the Hyatt for our first night in Morocco. While the hotel looks beautiful, is centrally located, and has a nice pool and OK-ish gym (Technogym equipment but from at least 2 or 3 generations ago), we had several disappointments: 1) There was hair in our supposedly clean bathtub, 2) there was a half eaten meal, chocolate bar and half drunk bottle of water in our supposedly re-stocked minibar, 3) it took a call to the front desk and then another call 30 mins later to the manager to get 1) and 2) addressed, 4) on checkout the front desk clerk tried to charge us for the room and internet usage (which we tried to use but encountered an error), 5) there was mold on the shower head in the shower and the shower head in the bath had leaks that caused it to spray over the bathroom floor. In summary, not what one expects for US$+ a night. To be fair, the Director of rooms ensured problems 1 and 2 were fixed with our second call and accepted the feedback we have listed here, offering us an upgrade to a junior suite if we stay again at Hyatt, but I think with other international chains, e.g., Sheraton, Novotel in town for USD$ less, we'll try them next time.
i liked the hotel, the staff and the location. The hotel is equivalent to a good hotel in New York and has an international standard. The door man and the front desk staff were awesome and very helpful. i traveled a lot around the world I was happy with this hotel
Airco, television, they called the car rental service for usd Carpets on the floors, clerk tried to trick us during money exchange...
in center none
Parking to the cars, The Music in the Restuernt!
The staffs friendliness Not sure.

Location was close enough Ac did not work. Could not sleep all night. Hot and mosquitoes all over the place when I tried to open the windows. The staff took forever to even acknowledge and never fixed it. They would not offer me another room that wasn't filled with mosquitos.
the bed was comfortable and the sheeting clean. Had coffee to make in the room. Good airconditioning. The carpets were filthy.
The hotel was in a great position with easy walking access to lots of things the toilet was leaking in our bathroom and we missed breakfast because no one picked up our menu selections from outside our door, despite them being put out well before the collection time.
i think the location was the best part about the hotel, and it's easy to get taxi.
I Like the location and the confort The rooms was dirty.
the hotel is good, but i was in transit and coming from a business trip; so it seemed very far.
Overall a disappointing, unfriendly experience, with no possible justification for the 4-star status. The room itself was OK. The staff were generally unwelcoming and inattentive (one exception); the wi-fi did not work most of the time and no-one was interested in putting it right; if you weren't first at breakfast you were left with a display of unattractive scraps; no hotel or visitor information at all in the room; poor tourist info from reception
It's class is lower than 4 star But expensive
personnel there was construction on the building next door that began at night. we rarely got one full nite's rest due to jackhammers etc.... i wish we would have known about that before. we will rethink best westerns...they should disclose this before one registers.
Location is ok, close to old Medina and walkable to Hasan mosque. Room was not clean. Shower didn't work. Night club noise all night right below hotel. For this location, the Sofitel up the block is a much better choice.
Large luxurious room with lounges and a coffee table and a spa bath. Great king size bed. Breakfast was lovely although pricey. Location was an easy walk to restaurants and the inner city sights. Free wifi was good. Free wifi stopped working on our morning of departure. We told the front desk twice but they didn't have any luck getting it working before we departed.
Service is good

The hotel was well located and its facilities were good. The staff was particularly helpful. A very good value for the money.
Very average for a 4 star!
The room was nice. The price of the hotel is too high.Breakfast very poor for the price.
The hotel was clean and easy to find The breakfast was poor and half the items were missing (eggs, bread, coffee). I expected more staff to be fluent in English, considering this is an American hotel chain. In addition, the room had a 'fan' and not a strong air conditioner. It was +100 degrees Fahrenheit and I would have preferred a colder room. Lastly, the elevator was super small and unsafe (no door!).
Gentle staff, good positioning of the hotel. Nice girls in the hotel bar at night.
It's location. It's breakfast. The hotel was good in certain way. It was a little old but considering the city infraestructure I think it is not so bad. I wouldn't recommend it if it were in europe. It's like a 3 stars hotel.
actually the room was very luxury, dublex. it was a really very clean, all my family thought that it is 5 stars. its location is very good near the center of the city. if iam going back to casablanca sure i will stay in that luxury hotel nothing, everything was perfect
breakfast, comfort, view, unique feel, friendly and helpful staff
location. staff very receptive to American visitors. :) time to renovate a little.
the rooms are very bad, in your web sit it looked very good but in reality it is very bad. i did not like any thing in the hotel
The first stay was ok, but I wasn't happy with this second stay at this hotel. Probably, depending on the timing, and the staffs... The lady at the front desk was not professional, and she gave us very bad room so that we had to ask for more clean room with some tip. In addition to that, the remote controller of TV didn't work.
The room was huge and the bath comfortable. Breakfast was fair and staff helpful. The hotel is very old so all furniture and bathroom facilities could be better. This hotel can not be sold at a price of a new four star.
The location. Your staff!
location, WIFI -
Convenient location This is not a 4 star hotel/ much ,much less
The staff were very helpful & had a good understanding of english Limited selection on the menu for the evening meal, maybe we were getting to set in our ways with previous places we had stayed had buffett meals.
I liked everything nothing
The location was good: 2 blocks from the Place des Nations Unies tram stop and 2 blocks from Gare de Casa Port train station. Hotel is 20 years behind the spiffy Sofitel/Novotel hotels a block away and the Grand Hyatt 3 blocks away is where all the business people stay. The Royal Mansour looks run down and is more middle market than a Le Meridien property. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but there was an ashtray in the room. I also smelled the body odor of the last guest in the bed linens and pillows. I sat in the lobby hoping for a cold beer after a long hot day, but ended up having to go up to the bar to get a drink. ,Hotel is 20 years behind the spiffy Sofitel/Novotel hotels a block away and the Grand Hyatt 3 blocks away is where all the business people stay. Nice small hotel, nice area and very spacey rooms Rooms facing the main road are very noisy
Modern design Should be cleaner[especially floors]
Very nice rooms and great location. Smell of cleaning agents in hallways.
Big rooms Problematic internet, broken windows, very noisy inside and outside... i left the next day, i pay only 1 night, but in reception they try to charge double taxes, and try to tell me that i have to pay all the reservation.
Love the decor Breakfast is really expensive!!
great hotel with great room close to all sights, excellent stuff: when we had problems with the rental car company they let us phone from the reception and we only payed 40 Dirham for an international call to the UK and a call inside casablanca sauna and hammam only usable when you book in advance, taxi they called us to the airport wanted to charge 400 Dirham but as I told the driver we only payed 250 from the airport to the hotel we payed 300 at the end
Very responsive staff--treated me like a VIP and immediately fixed any problems that arose Good location Huge rooms Comfortable bed and nice linens Breakfast is a bit expensive
Good location. Large rooms.
on the whole helpful, efficient, pleasant staff bad internet connection, grumpy night receptionist (06/01)
Very nice welcoming, room junior suite comfortable, clean and nice. The bathroom only with shower and WC is in the different room.
Very fast free WiFi in the room! Very good breakfast! Too expensive in my opinion.. The room is terrible.. Not tidy/clean/hygiene
Central to everything that I needed. Hotel reception provided all of the services that I requested in a speedy and helpful manner. Booked 1 night but stay 7 Contant trafiic past the hotel entrance but this is endemic in Casablanca
Staff were correct and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Parking is good as well. Very busy location and not easy to find. Quite expensive for the standard. Not four star standard. No facilities for young children - no extra beds.
