Pros. The room was nicely decorated.
Cons. The manager took advantage of me in a bad situation. I had made a reservation via Kayak that was recorded for the day I made the reservation instead of the day I needed the room. So, this Holiday Inn Express Manager was happy to give me a room, but at double the price of my reservation. It was late. I had kids with me, and no car.
