Hotel was inexpensive and in a good location close to U of Illinois and various amenities. Room was clean.
Keep in mind that this is a older hotel and you'll probably be OK. Ignore continental breakfast and hit the Starbucks down the street. The toilet is fine but takes forever to refill and is quite noisy doing so. Took a long time for hot water to flow.
Walking distance from campus
BED BUGS!!!! I got bitten 8 times and I killed 4 bed bugs. The place was extremely dirty! Rooms smelled bad. Breakfast was ridiculous: just coffee and white toast. The tables were old and dirty. The most disgusting place I've ever stayed at.
Decent location for the event I was attending.
The room was not clean. I walked in and one bed was not made. There was, what seemed to be, dried toothpaste in the sink. It was near the hospital so I heard sirens all night.
It was close to Urbana apartment where my graduating daughter lived.
There wasn't anything I liked.
The room had character with the exposed brick and vintage feel. I participated in the Illinois marathon and the location was excellent.
The room was dated in aspects of decor and the bathroom. It was a very old hotel.
Ants in bathroom. Shower water scalding hot.
It was close to the conference
The heater was broken and there were ants everywhere. No breakfast. Looks like the kind of place people go to murder prostitutes
Location and price are good.
You get what you pay for...its an old place that has a smell to it.
Needs remodeling. The lobby/registration had a musty odor.
No swimming pool. Not enough light bulbs.
They didn't clean The room at all and it was dim. Tv was so small!
It's old, dirty and unsafe.
Vintage feel, and very enjoyable.
No, I was pleasantly surprized that the cheapest option was a well kept hotel with tons of character.
