loud music from complex below until 2 am - too loud to allow sleep - party in hallway also disturbing -- breakfast eggs were cold
Staff were friendly and location was great for going to concert.
Had to change rooms three times in less than 24 hours due to issues with the toilet.
The decor and everything was up to date and clean, and the location was perfect! Valet parking was great too
I couldn’t find a thing wrong with it
What I did like was the valet service crew on Saturday at 6:50pm on October 5 very helpful and was on top of everything. The check in was smooth very friendly and fast. The check out was the same way fast smooth and very friendly. The hotel is in a great location to everything!!! I will definitely stay again!!!
What I didn't like was the valet service on Sunday morning October 6 they were rude not attentive just eager to play on there phone and eat breakfast. You know that people are checking out and it will be busy so give prompt service not attitude. Also the two girls that worked the restaurant on the Morning of October 6 was not friendly at all. They said breakfast closes at 11am which we already new that it was only 10:30am when we arrived and the food was not fresh at all. The young lady did not asked if we stayed at hotel she assumed we did not and was quick to say breakfast was not free made me feel like she thought I could not afford it. Pissed me off!!!
We loved the room and the location. Definitely check out the rooftop lounge, the staff was great and the food was delicious!
