Friendly breakfast staff good selection and great service Afternoon evening desk staff was surly and not helpful. Staff in more helpful
Pros. The people working there including the front desk, shuttle drivers, and breakfast attendant were very friendly and helpful.

Cons. Well it is in a very run down part of Charlotte there was an hr long helicopter police chase outside the hotel and several you ladies that appeared to be working not just there to sleep who frequently were outside smoking. Just overall a very rundown hotel no bath tub just a shower! Not kids programming on the tv.
Pros. Good decor, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. They had fresh lemonade at the check in 24/7. Coffee and Tea were always available as well.
Cons. Pool was closed on Memorial Day weekend?!? No mention of it was given to me and it was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel.
Pros. Proximity to airport Room was clean, with the exception of some random objects (springs, screws) Desk staff were friendly, polite, and competent
Cons. The room was tiny and loud, pillows were small and lumpy, air system wouldn't stay on to provide white noise. Hospitality staff walked into the room at 9 am while I was in the shower. All things considered, the room was overpriced.
Pros. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel! Beds were very comfortable and clean. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Charlotte, and there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from withing driving distance. We were a group of women, and I felt very safe in this area. Also, I had two separate reservations for a two night stay. We were supposed to check- out, then check back in to switch rooms. Well, I asked the nice older gentleman if we could just stay in the same room (even though we weren't supposed to b/c we booked through a 3rd party,) but he managed to work it out so we could stay in our room. Talk about going above and beyond! For the price and the value (clean rooms, breakfast, free wifi etc.,) Its worth the price. Next time I'm in Charlotte, I won't hesitate to stay here!!!!
Cons. I called for extra towels and I was greeted with an irritated voice that said "hello!" You would have thought I was calling her house in the middle of the night playing phone tag! She said she would bring some, but after about 20 minutes of waiting, still no towels. No big deal. We left, went to dinner, and before returning to our room, stopped by the front desk where the kind gentleman asked "how many?" and in seconds, returned with warm fluffy towels! We did this on both nights of our stay and it was no problem.
