Pros:The price was low and the staff (owners probably) very kind and helpful. The internet worked fine and the TV was OK with 1 HBO and the normal Comcast stations. There was a functioning refrigerator and microwave. The room I had was large.
Cons:The room is ill maintained. Only 2 light bulbs worked. The A/C smelled sickeningly very musty and maybe unhealthy. The carpet looked dirty and the bedspreads looked dirty or very old with cigarette burns evident. The mirror in the main room was askew and couldn't be straightened. The toilet tank had a slow leak from underneath which was fixed the same day. The front door had a deep gash.
