Pros (+) I liked the convenience to the downtown area
Cons (-) Very noisy heater/ac in room, kept me awake all night. Food from room service was absolutely lousy. Staff too busy talking to hear my complaint. Will not be staying at any Holiday Inn again neither will I recommend one!

Pros (+) Great location within walking distance of good food, the aquarium and some shops. Extremely clean, room even smelled new. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) Nothing, we liked everything.
