9.7 Wonderful
Pros:Downtown location.
Cons:There was no refrigerator in our room.
4.5 Mediocre
Cons:Decor of the room... It was really old, tear wallpaper, toilet paper holder fell when we touched it, a chair in the room was stained... Definitely not something you would expect from in a hotel with this reputation and this price range
6.8 Okay
Cons:The room was nice and clean but the heat would not go above 68 degrees. We froze considering it was snowing and in the 30's outside!
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:They upgraded our room without us asking. They were very helpful with recommendations for breakfast. The pool and fitness center were clean and a nice amenity for the hotel. I would absolutely return.
Cons:The bathroom was small but clean. It is to be expected from a historic hotel.
5.4 Fair
Cons:Charming interior and comfortable bed, but not very clean and shows its age.
9.7 Wonderful
Pros:The hotel was beautiful, extremely friendly and helpful staff.
8.0 Very good
Pros:It's a beautiful historic place.
Cons:It's difficult to get around the separate towers. The pool area should be promoted more.
8.8 Very good
Pros:location downtown was great for our weekend to see and do things around Chattanooga. We saw 2 outdoor concerts in the evening and really enjoy the atmosphere of downtown.
Cons:No mini refrigerator in the room. Other than that the room, staff and hotel was excellent.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The decor and carved wood is remarkable!
6.8 Okay
Pros:I was getting engaged and the staff did absolutely nothing to make it special or give me their time of day to help with improving my moment. Definitely don't expect anything more than a room key from the staff or their attention.
Cons:I would have expected the staff to be a little more accommodating, but they are definitely not a 4star staff. This hotel has all the potential to be a better hotel, but the staff and no fridge in the room makes it 3 stars.
