We have not be reimbursed the deposit yet !
Cons: When we returned the car on August 1 in Lucerne we had not been told that the office would be closed. The office was on the outskirts of town and there was nowhere to park it in the very full car park
We left it behind the building wth a map explains where it was and posted keys and documents in letter box.
When we picked up the car hertz debited over 300swiss francs as a deposit but we have still not been reimbursed the difference between the rental and the deposit !
