I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.Cons:

On the pickup date they had me waiting for the car and wen they finally had it the told me it needed an oil change and if I wanted the car right away I would have to take the car myself to do the oil change, otherwise I had to wait longer. The car was not even vacuumed or washed wen i got it. Also wen i got to my destination I noticed that the plate sticker was expired. When I told them about it they told me I could have driven it like that and if I have gotten a ticket they would have paid for it.2.0 Poor

The patience the team displayed with me was awesome and heart warming! Due to a mistake with the call center I wasn't fully prepared for my rental as far as full documentation- Stacey was extremely patient as I scrambled to find someone to help me out with my rental, all in all I was at the office from about 8 am - 4 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE! Thanks guys it's hard to find patience and good customer service nowadays- you gave me hope this Christmas Season!Cons:
The stipulations with renting, another form needs to be added; or more forms of credit/debit accepted. My wait was only so long because I was using a pre-paid AMEX. I'm not one to really wholeheartedly trust banks so I use third party pre-paid. Cash should be used and accepted too!Avis

The counter clerk was helpful in getting us a car when there were no compact car on the lot but we had to pay more because it was an SUV. Woman who cleans the cars was also very friendly.Cons:
When we arrived to pick up the car there was no compact cars available and they could not promise when one would come in. They also said there were a lot of other compact reservations ahead of us so they may never have one available. We had to get up to Wisconsin for a show so we could not wait all day. I booked this thinking I was going to have to only pay the $216.44 and ended up having to pay $276.38. Our original transportation for our trip fell through so we had to rent a car last minute. I often use Kayak for airline tickets and thought I would try you for a rental car. I searched for the best price and convenient location and was happy until this fiasco...2.0 Poor
