No organization
Pros: The car was clean. That's about it.
Cons: The pickup shuttle was a disaster, communication is non-existent, phone numbers in the confirmation e-mails didn't work, etc.

Pros: Very small car for its class. No cruise control and high miles. Counter rep wouldn't provide any paperwork confirming we dropped off the car.
