Pros: Car was dirty. car did not shift properly... Drop off location in Florence very difficult to find!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They gave me a cheaper car than I Book and I had to return the car a day earlier because they were closed the day i was supposed to return the car, no options "or you take it like this or you go waking" were they words.
