I made a reservation for a compact basic car and upon arrival they told me they did not have the car available and overcharged me for their mistake of not having the car. I am truly disappointed that they took advantage of the fact that I needed the car and charged me double to get a car. I don't understand why Kayak would let me make a reservation for a car not available or why Sixt would allow the option for that car if they did not have it. So unfair, I will not be using Kayak or sixt in my future travel needs.

Everything related to the car rental was excellent, including the service provided by the representative who assisted me. They were very friendly and professional. The only negative aspect was that the vehicle was delivered to me dirty, and this is the second time this has happened. As a result, I had to take it to be washed at my own expense. In addition, the car had several scratches and a few dents. Despite these inconveniences, I was generally satisfied with the service and would consider renting from this company again in the future.

I rented with insurance coverage on my credit card, so I declined the coverage offered by Budget. Sometimes you get pushback but these guys were chill. When I returned the car I didn't get the feeling that they were searching for any type of ding or imperfection. So in general good impression. I Would recommend

Car wasn’t there, I had to wait an hour. They substituted a Kia Rio for a Volkswagen. Not an even close substitute. Car was on reserve when it arrived. Place was closed the day before after I was assured it was open. Had to wait day to finally get a stupid underpowered uncomfortable Rio.
