Cons: It took 25 minutes to get the car, even though we were the only customers. It took another 15 minutes to turn the car in, because we were waiting on another customer. This was in France, and I know things take longer over there, but it was frustrating to know you had to get the car back early (from a day exploring the D-Day beaches) because you expected delays. I think this office in Cherbourg could do much better business if they catered to the cruise boat passengers parked at the dock just 1 mile away. The price was double of a similar car in the U.S. and the car was dirty when we got it.
