Pros:
I was shocked and pleased at the initial low price of the rental. They get you on insurance. Obligatory insurance is over$17 per day and if you want any insurance to cover any damage to the car, the cost is an additional $18 per day.One location in David

After a 20 min line they just said to me that my reservation was automatically canceled because im local(panamanian) and online reservations are only for tourists. I had to looked for others car rental companies and thanks to Alamo Rent a car they save my weekend. So stupid to said or to even have a policy (that no one knows about it) that affects local people.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Car ran well. Employees were friendly.Cons:
I chose not to take CDW. I put a small scrape on rear bumper of this car that has 80,000 km on it and numerous dents and scrapes that have never been and will never be repaired. The "repair" charge will be $293, which I will forward to my credit card company. If the car had been new or nearly so, or if Sixt really intended to make a repair, I wouldn't mind the charge, but I see it more as a penalty for not accepting their high CDW charge. I'll probably rent from other companies in the future, even though they may have acted the same in this case. Bye bye Sixt!2.0 Poor

Price quoted on web site was one price and price at counter was many times higher. Nothing on web site said that there was a very expensive insurance and it was required, even though our credit card says we can decline this insurance. Also they wanted a 5000 dollar deposit hold on our credit card. they are also very hard to find. separate from other rentals and poorly signed. We canceled our reservation. One location in David
