Cons: I did not rent anything because, the price was 83, but they rose the price to 190 per 4 days... Because the initial price did not include insurance.. It was like cheater

Took way to long to get a rental car.
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Not being familiar with the area, I booked this location and they couldn't pick me up from the airport. I had to get a ride there which cost $37. Once there they didn't have any cars and it took an hour and a half to get a car.They didn't take time to clean the car properly and there were peanuts all over the vehicle. I had them drop me off as close to the airport as possible to cut the cost of my ride back to the airport. It was quite frustrating.

They booked reservation; were sold out and did not
Cons: I reserved car. I did not just show up looking for a car. I had a reservation.
Arrived at location and was told that I booked too late and they did not have cars. I was told to wait, or go run errands (without a car) and they would call me when someone turned in a car. Five days later...still waiting for the call...
I totally understand that the date of New Year's Eve is a very popular car rental date, also, that I booked the car the day before...those 2 things did not work in my favor and I can accept that. HOWEVER, if they don't have cars...why are they accepting reservations? Even if the reservations are coming in after hours...why don't they tackle this first thing in the morning? I arrived one hour and a half after they opened for business.
The ERAC employee who emphasized that my reservation (and others that came in after me) was not made a week ago, could have taken the time to call those of us that had reservations and told us that they had no cars. Since they had no cars, and they had no one returning cars, except for socializing, I can't imagine why she didn't have the time to notify us, before we took the bus ride there, that they were sold out.
