Cons: There was a slight smell of cigarette when the vehicle was opened after sitting in the sun. didn't mind it too much but I could have been told about it

Pros: Staff was friendly and we were processed quickly. Rented a Jetta and got a Camry which was an upgrade in my opinion. No surprises.

Pros: - No-hassle, quick service. Upgraded for free! - No hidden charges or hard sell for insurance and/or extras. -SUV was great. - Reps were very personable and friendly.
Cons: - Had to pay for a cab to and from their location at the Sawridge Inn, which doubled my cost. A free or low-cost shuttle service to and from the airport(s) area would be great for business.

Unknown charge
Pros: Check in was great. Agent was so friendly :)
Cons: I booked 3 different cars but canceled the other 2 because you were the the company I usually use and am a loyalty member even though they were cheaper. I had no idea I had to pay for extra kilometres. That has never happened to me before and I was completely shocked with the additional charges. I won't be booking with enterprise again.
