CarWiz did not pick up the phone, did not send a shuttle, and just closed in the middle of the day after they ran out of cars and did not honor reservations. Terrible experience. Criminal act.

I would have actually loved to receive a car, or been told that I was not going to get picked up because my rental was cancelled due to "overbooking" at least a few hours before I was already confirmed to be waiting for the shuttle driver.
