The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I was in a hurry, and the attendant walked away after giving me the keys, so I didn't have time to find someone to see if I could exchange the car. The key remote to the car was Given to us low on battery so we had to manually do a lot because the key barely worked. The car wasn’t washed in or out which is pretty scary considering the pandemic. The car was given to us with less than even a quarter tank.Cons:
