HORRIBLE
Cons: Made a reservation, when I got there they tried to charge me additional fee of $130 after already paying insurance online. NEVER AGAIN.

Cons: I was waiting at the counter to drop off the car for like 20 min and no one showed up. So the person from enterprises counter helped me. The person who was suppose to be there never showed up.

Nobody there and confirmation number didnt work
Pros: I went to pick up the car and no car, nobody there, closed, i was talked to them early in the day and they said they open till 8
Reservation was for 5 pm , i went at 6 pm
Cons: I had to take a train and go to another city to rent a car
