The people at the Hertz facility could have been a little nicer. I called to change my reservation, ensured it was changed, go to the location and they had no recollection of the new reservation time. There were no cars available and therefore had to wait until my original time to pick up the car. They offered no apologies for my inconvenience on their behalf and were very rude about the whole situation. Will be going with Enterprise from now on.4.0 Mediocre
